Haven't forgotten me! Price was great. Saleswoman was straight and to the point. Gave me a price in 15 minutes. No BS sales pitches like Universal. Installers were easy to work with (one unit of building was occupied) fairly neat and fast. 24 replacement windows gutted and installed in one day. Job looks clean and sharp. Downside is I found a few caulking spots missed during final inspection and the dented handles. But for the price, a job well done.

My husband and I love all our windows and almost 1 year later we still love and receive numerous compliments on all 14 windows we purchased. When few other companies tried to bring down our vision of what we desired our windows to look like the owner, Cirilio, welcomed every single request and reiterated that as the consumer his job was to deliver what we wanted. His prices are great too! We received multiple quotes from different companies and dont be fooled, many others will want to charge you an arm and leg to do the most minimal amount of work possible. Dont be fooled when they tell you you cant get windows how you want them. If your looking to purchase windows and a company that will install them hassle-free at a reasonable price then GAMA is the way to go. Thank you Cirilio and team!

Let me first start by saying that I've given this place a lot of business by purchasing 13 windows…read morein one yr. They sure lost my business this time!Their customer service is Horrible!!! It seems like they don't know what they are doing!! I called to complain about a last window that I purchased there , the screen was missing. I had already purchased 5 of same exact window and they all came with screens. When I called I could hear a man which I believe is the supervisor there complaining and cursing in Spanish, very unprofessional!! I explained what my issue was to who ever answered, I put on hold 3 times because according to them those windows don't come with screens. I explained that the same exact windows I had purchased there before came with screens , she kept saying that they usually don't., I disagreed and told her why did my past order of exact same windows came with it. That's when the supervisor got on the phone and tried telling me that those type windows don't come with screens in broken English, I responded in Spanish , and asked why the same exact windows I purchased before did come with it. Why sell me something that has screens and tell me they don't come with it. He right away asked for measurements because he was going to make it happen , I told him I would call back to give the measurements, which I did, I must had called 5 times that day and they never answered my calls. At this point I feel as if my calls were ignored on purpose. Well guess what u can keep your screen !! But I will never go back there again!! Very unprofessional place!! Every time my husband went to pick up windows they always gave him attitude and were very rude!! With that being said, who ever reads this review think twice before giving your money and business to this place!! I wish they had half stars. That's all they will get from me.
