Neither of them even greeted us or said "hi." We stood there for about four minutes before one of them finally asked, "Do you have an appointment?" We said yes. She then told us, "Give me a moment. I'll see if the person who will be serving you is able to take you or not." She disappeared for a while and came back with another woman. After speaking with us, they told us that they could not provide us with any service because we were late and that we would have to make another appointment and come back on a different day. My daughter and I were honestly shocked. We couldn't understand why, when there were four employees sitting there with nothing apparent to do, not one of them was willing to take a moment to see what we wanted to do with our hair. What makes this even more confusing is that your website clearly says "Walk-ins Welcome," which gives customers the impression that they can walk in without an appointment and receive your services, depending on availability. So why were we treated this way? The way we were treated felt extremely unwelcoming and, frankly, discriminatory. The lack of greeting, the long wait before anyone even acknowledged us, and the refusal to provide any service despite the circumstances left us feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was a very disappointing experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this place. Honestly, this place doesn't deserve even one star because of the discriminatory way we were treated. I also forgot to mention that they charged us a $50 booking fee and then refused to refund our money, even though they did not provide us with any service. Honestly, this is one of the worst places I have ever dealt with. The way we were treated was extremely disrespectful and discriminatory, and then they kept our $50 booking fee on top of everything. This place does not deserve even one star. I absolutely do NOT recommend it.

I recently went to go get extensions, and sometimes they don't do the best at blending, so I always like to go to get them blended with long layers. It's supposed to look like your hair and usually it does after the second blend. Well, I came in here for that, explained to her, showed her a pic of what I wanted, she proceeded to cut my hair dry, which I was ok with. But she was like Edward scissoring my hair, it almost felt aimlessly. I was left with blunt ass layers, and that was after asking her to go in with texturizing scissors. It's ok, to say "I don't know how to cut extensions" I prefer an honest hairdresser to one that butchers my hair, or fake hair.
