I decided to rent one first, and take a short trip to see how we liked it. We rented the 24ft Gray Wolf, and took a long weekend trip from Nashville to Pigeon Forge. Music City RV met me at the trailer, and spent almost an hour walking through everything I needed to know. The RV was packed with everything you need - both inside stuff like dishes/linens, and functional things like tools and hookup accessories. The trip was excellent, and the family enjoyed it, though we learned that this trailer was way larger than we needed. We ended up buying a much smaller trailer. I definitely recommend renting one before you buy, and Music City RV is the best place in town to do so!

Bankston sold our RV brand, and we thought they might help us out considering we were 2,000+ miles from home. Explained our problem to Brad Land, and he was most helpful. Brad thoroughly explained what might be our problem, and he was 100% correct! Brad kindly answered the question that we had asked a couple of times at other locations without a satisfactory answer. We began our maiden voyage the day after Christmas. We spent 3 weeks on the road and encountered many weather extremes from warm/balmy to sever storms to bone chilling cold. We talked to Phil most days at least 1 time if not more and we exercised nearly every system on the trailer. Phil was always available for us and answered all our questions. We look forward to many more trips with our Lance travel trailer.

He delivered the camper to the campground and was there setting up when we arrived. He provided a quick intro to the workings of the heat/stovetop and refrigerator and we were set! After hiking, we returned to find a record player with records and a flat screen tv and dvd player ready for the evening! The seating areas are easily converted to sleeping space which provided ample room for the 3 of us. Plenty of warm bedding, pillows and towels were provided in the cost of the rental. We didn't utilize the shower, but this camper features a toilet/shower combo that would be perfect for remote campgrounds! We'll most definitely do this again! Ellen W

I had to cancel my reservation due to the fact that no one told me there was a daily limit on how…read moremany miles you are allowed to drive. I told the person on the phone that I was planning on driving at least over 3,000 miles and at that point I believe I should have been told about the limit. I was then told 5 days before my trip (HONEYMOON!) about the limit. It wasn't in my confirmation email at all either. I lost out on my $300 deposit. I also lost out on all non refundable RV parks I booked and had to also cancel. I would like to at least be returned my deposit due to it being their fault on not relaying that huge fact to me and my new wife. This has changed our entire honeymoon that has been planned for months.

My daughter and her new wife were told by an employee by the name of Karen in the Nashville…read morelocation that there was a restriction on the amount of miles they could drive in a day with the RV they had reserved months ago. This was just told to them 5 days before they were to fly to Nashville for their honeymoon which was going to be a road trip from Nashville to California in the RV stopping along the way in several states for excursions and activities. They had planned this road trip for their honeymoon for the last year and made their reservation for the RV and campgrounds months ago. So because they had already had all of the campground reservations made along the way, they had to cancel the RV and the road trip because two of the days were going to put more mileage on the RV then Cruise America would supposedly permit. After my daughter cancelled everything and rescheduled their trip to now stay in hotels along the way and rent a car to make this trip, she wrote an email complaint to Cruise America asking for a refund for their deposit. She was upset because they did not disclose this mileage restriction information when she first reserved the RV for her road trip. Someone from Cruise America contacted her today after receiving her complaint and said that they would only refund them with a rental voucher for Cruise America in the amount of the deposit. Why would she want to rent from you again? The gal that contacted my daughter today proceded to tell her that what was said about the daily mileage was not true, that there are not restrictions on the daily mileage and that they have had complaints about this employee in the Nashville office before. So after all of this my daughter and her wife lose out on their fun honeymoon RV road trip they have been planning for the last year, they lose their deposit and find out that all of this happened due to Karen an employee from Cruise America Nashville location completely lying to them. So sad! Now looking back at all the reviews and ratings of this company, I would think again before you use them for your vacation rental!

I booked the wrong dates 3 months ahead of time and realized it only a couple weeks before the trip. Unfortunately they had nothing available for the particular Rv I rented. I asked Beau if he could please find me something even if a downgrade or upgrade and he came through with a brand new 40 ft. class A Rv. Of course my mistake cost me more but our trip was saved. We had one little quirk with the Rv the first night. I was able to get in contact with Beau and he talked me through it and no further assistance was needed for the rest of the trip. Will definitely use Nashville Rv next year.
