We contracted her for full wedding planning services in March 2025 for a November 2026 wedding and were disappointed every step of the way. This is not a knock to any of the vendors she recommended, who all seemed to have better followthrough and communication than her and her team. She was constantly late or entirely forgot (twice) about our monthly planning calls. Her communication was poor across the board, she blamed assistants and outside circumstances for forgetting to research or follow through with items we had previously discussed. We asked several times for quotes for specialty services that she never delivered on. These were items that needed to be addressed immediately (ex: quote for covering an entire pool) as it could majorly impact the event budget and cause us to reconsider the venue and/or logistics. Unfortunately my engagement and wedding were called off several months into the planning process, in early September of 2025. While we understood that the deposits were non-refundable, we were assured she would handle communications with vendors to notify them that the event would no longer be taking place. Today, September 15th, 2026, I received an email from a vendor that had not been notified. Contractually we would have been obligated for the other half of the contract amount ($7,000.00) because she never provided the cancellation paperwork to the vendor. She was only able to provide a cropped screenshot of an unprofessional text that was sent to the vendor notifying them of the cancellation. She could not provide any email evidence due to "inbox capacity issues and it being over a year ago". She stated it was "not her fault" that they did not take the event off their schedule. The vendor clearly was surprised at this news and I feel horrible that they are left with an open date only two months out. I am so disappointed in our experience with her on every level. Should the circumstances of my engagement not have changed, we had already been discussing terminating our contract with her and working with a new wedding planner. I urge you to read the poor reviews if they have not been deleted before considering if you would like to work with her. She is disorganized, unprofessional, and does not consider herself responsible for any of her company's actions. Edit: I was careful to be factual in my original review and have not changed any of the contents in this edit. I have instead included multiple screenshots of our conversations supporting her failure to show up to or reschedule meetings since Jennifer is stating that is untrue. Her inability to take accountability once again impacts the credibility of her argument. She is choosing to deflect to the unique requirements of our original wedding plans rather than own what was in their control and what was communicated to us. The honesty and professionalism of the planner you contract is paramount, and I hope that they are able to address these issues so others do not have the same experience I did.

We always felt listened to and we were given great advice in terms of vendors for our venue at the Ringling museum. Christina worked with us on every detail and provided above and beyond assistance with the planning, coordination and execution of not only the wedding but our welcome dinner the night before. Their management of the wedding reception gave us a sense of relief that we could truly enjoy every last minute of the event.
