Their way of treating people though made for a really struggle working with them. It's taken a while to write this review because I had such a bad experience. They lied to me multiple times. The female photographer talked down to me, like she was better than me consistently. Not how you want to feel or be treated on your special day (or any day really). She stated she would do this if I insisted, but then suggested rescheduling for a later time when I would be comfortable without a mask. I asked for a refund as this is no longer A newborn photo shoot, which is what I was interested in. She refused to refund my deposit and is holding it hostage stating use it as a credit for a future session which I have no interest in pursuing.
