On top of being a VERY good groomer, this woman is peak customer service. My dog is a very anxious little pup who shakes when we go anywhere. The owner personally grooms her so she was able to get more comfortable by going to the same face. I've had times where she let me drop my dog off before open because we couldn't fit her times around my schedule. When I was out of work for 4 months, the owner not only refused to accept any tips, she groomed my dog for like half price if that just so I could afford it. She's really such a nice person that I enjoy chatting with on groom days. I do not care if I move across town, I will be traveling to her to bring my pets as long as she is still open.
