Actually, Grey Salon Studio was my first choice but the other salon I tried first was recommended, so I gave it a shot. Cut was fine but color was dark on top and light on bottom. Kind of like an ombre but without the fade. By the time I got in to see Veronica at Grey Salon Studio, my color had lightened a bit but still wasn't right. Veronica fixed it, easily and beautifully. And gave me a terrific cut with much needed body and a more current style. BTW, I am horrible at styling my hair. It was a Christmas Miracle, she had just had a cancellation for the next day at 1. She was more then happy to take my mother. When we arrived the place was buzzing. Julie was just finishing up her last appointment and was right on time. She came and introduced herself and asked us to have a seat. I had a bit of shopping to do so I left. When I returned Mom was under the dryer and nearly ready to be finished up. I noticed the shop was clean and organized. The staff seemed very nice. Mom had commented afterwards that Julie had listened to her every request about getting her perm right down to the timing for it to first be checked. She was versed in doing older ladies styles and Mom was VERY pleased with the entire experience. I also thought Julie's price was reasonable, especially since I drop about 1 1/2 times what she was charged to get my own hair done elsewhere.

I saw Briley Webb in October for balayage. Before I saw her my hair was strong and healthy (I posted a picture of me in September). Within a few weeks, my hair was severely damaged and breaking so badly that I lost about 4 inches of hair. I went back in December and she said it was damaged and compromised so she darkened it vs bleaching. I then messaged her on IG a week later to simply ask how long it would take to lighten and she sent me this book. I was never angry with her or pointing fingers even though we both knew SHE over processed and caused the damage. Our exchange is in pictures. It was never contentious. She then canceled my March appointment without reaching out to me about why. I had already gone back to my previous stylist who cut 2 more inches off of damaged hair. I posted a video on socials sharing my experience, without naming Main Muse or Briley, and sent it to Main Muse. Their response was simply, "Sorry this happened but we are not the salon for you." No offer to repair, refund and zero accountability. Had they simply offered a "What can we do to make it right?" I would not be posting this.
