I ended up getting a few BAD refills from other places leaving my eyelashes DESTROYED! My bottom eyelashes were WAY longer than my top lashes... which there weren't many of. I went to see Kathryn 2 weeks ago, who refilled my lashes the best she could, which was way more than I thought she'd be able to do. I went back yesterday for a follow up refill and am happy to say my lashes are BACK! I will never stray again, Kathryn! My eyelashes will not allow it ! :)

Apparently they use their own lash lift kit, and the way they do it is for a really "natural" curl. I was not informed of this before going in, and as I have had lifts done before, I was expecting them to be curled and lifted. They also told me that different places have different ways of doing the lifts, which would've been nice to know as well. I could've curled my eyelashes with a curler and got more of a lift with that. Mine literally look like I've had them for the full two months already, and it's only the second day with them. I feel sorta bad leaving this review as the girls were really nice there, but I am disappointed with the lack of information and results. They offered a discount for lash extensions, but that was kinda pointless as I do not get those done. Then they offered a discount for another lash lift, but that didn't really make sense for me to use it since I was unhappy with the lift I received. They'd use the same kit so nothing would be different expect the price, I'd get the same results. They weren't able to issue a refund as the procedure was already done, which I kind of understand, but it was still pretty irritating. I saw this place had good reviews, but maybe that was for lash extensions only, not quite sure. I will most likely not be returning here. My friend also purchased Groupon and the lady didn't consider her skin type and put too strong of a peel on the forst time and my poor friends face was scabbing and burning and brown spots and could not go to work for 2 days. She looked awful, I felt so bad. I went three times, second to give her another chance and third out of principle as I paid for 3, but she's no good.
