She was very pushy and I didnt feel comfortable continuing anymore since I felt like I wasnt being heard and she said "you cannot start the treatments without committing to facials" despite explaining that I have an actual derm I see regularly. The whole interaction just felt very uncomfortable knowing that this lady whos not a medical professional is giving medical advice?? During my follow-up sessions, they treated me without heat, but the nurse never told me that without heat it would be less beneficial. More than a year later, I still have permanent brown burn marks. I've spent hundreds of dollars trying to treat the scars and now have to pay for laser treatments to remove the discoloration. I would never recommend this business.
