I would strongly consider your choices going with gladstone. I contracted Bill to come inspect a well and two septic tanks/field at my future acreage. My realtor had to introduce us as he wasn't bothered to know who I was. Bill and his sister started the flow test on the well and I had noticed the garden hose was kinked the entire time the flow test was being conducted. He told us it had a flow of 10gpm when the property report from 11 years prior says 20gpm. We went to look at the septic tanks, one from 1965 and one from 2012. We lifted the lid off both tanks, looked inside for no more that 2-3 minutes at them and then put the lid back on. Nothing else. I was walking around my possible future property and both times i came around his truck, they were both warming up inside. It was a beautiful -2ish sunny morning. I was there the entire time they were there and they were gone in under 2 hours. I tried to get some information from him before he left and he barely answered my first question and then walked away. I call him a few days later as I was not happy with the service and wasnt willing to cough up the $1200 bill. Instead of trying to resolve the situation in any way shape or form, he chose to tell me hes going to cancel the water analysis and i was a waste of time. Didnt even ask why i was unhappy with his services. I dont usually write these types of reviews, this one was so bad i just had to share with any possible people looking to get duped.
