He sent me photos, pricing and options for when. Not only that BUT he delivered it to me and picked it up! He supplied the gas and oil needed along with a reliable tool/equipment that was ready to go. When he got to my house he showed me how to use it and went above and beyond with providing me with suggestions on how to kill the tree stump that would be left. In so many ways he went above and beyond to not only get me what I needed, but quickly, personably and with outstanding communication! His pricing is beyond reasonable. I had an absolutely terrible experience at Compact Rentals today. I will start out buy saying that…read moreI have been renting from them for years, since the day I started my business and in the past the service has been great. But today I was treated like a common criminal. I rented a jumping jack compactor from them at 12 noon, and proceeded to my job site. My crew started using the machine and after a while it stopped running, we where able to restart the machine but the problem persisted. I contacted Compact Rentals at 1:24 pm and informed them of the problem. They tried to help over the phone but with no success. I returned the machine at 4pm and expected to be refunded the rental cost because the machine did not work, but instead was treated like this was my fault and told that my actions where very suspicious. Then was told to leave because I was being to aggressive or they would call the police. (I assume the police have better things to do.) In the end the staff refused to contact the owner of the business and I was charged the full rental amount. All I can say is that they have lost a customer for life and I an very troubled buy the behavior of there staff.

The "contact us" ellicited no response. Email ellicited no response, and several phone calls, which went straight to the owners voicemail, ellicited no response. They obviously do not want to obtain new customers, very sad
