I would not recommend them for an important event. they were great setting up witb open…read morecommunication. We contracted them to pick up and drop off wedding guests from 3:30 to Midnight. Pick up to the venue went well but then when we had the contracted last pick up at midnight the shuttle never came back leaving the full wedding party including bride and groom stranded. we needed to have family come pick them up. in addition the driver skipped a stop and was unhappy when the guest brought it to his attention. I am reasonable and didn't make a huge stink but let the company know. They kept saying they were investigating and it's been over a month and nothing. I prepaid the 20% tip and I guess that doesn't work in your favor. I've been patient to get an answer and finally decided to post this since it is obviously not a priority for them.

This is the third year in a row I have booked a party bus with Party Bus Detroit for a day wine…read moretour trip. I keep coming back because we always get great service. The bus arrived on time, and was clean and ready to go. Our driver, Bob, was fantastic! He helped each of us in and out of the bus at each stop. There was an issue before the trip with the bus I originally booked. However, another (larger) bus was offered to me for the same price along with 2 complimentary bottles of champagne for the inconvenience. The only caution I would give is to be sure to book a larger bus than you think you need. There were 18 women in my group and we fit comfortably on the 28-30 passenger bus. We had a few coolers and food and the space ended up being just right. I will continue to use PartyBus Detroit for my special events and would recommend it to anyone else!

My friend spent over $780 to be able to celebrate and enjoy her 21st birthday with friends and it was ruined because of STEPHANIE. This is not a safe or professional company. After learning the guidelines to what was allowed and what wasn't on the bus, when she found evidence of alcohol on the bus she made us get our stuff off the bus and left.
