Gotta say food here is pretty great and great for outdoor seating. Definitely coming back next time in the area. I'll say the only draw back is the long wait bc it's so popular. Granted still worth it imho

A casual dining experience. You pull a number and wait for them to call your number. When we went it was actually quite a long wait. But once your number is called and you place your order the food came out quite quickly. We had ordered the Greek Salad, a couple of sandwiches and a tart. Overall the food was good but not sure about that long wait. Maybe I need to try some other stuff.

Decided to check out Venice Beach today and went to Gjusta for lunch. We ordered a pecan roll from their bakery items to start off. It was light a fluffy but wished there was more pecans as it was not sweet enough. It was more croissant like but good nonetheless. For our entrees we got the pastrami sandwich and breakfast burrito. The pastrami sandwich was a little oily but it was flavorful. The pastrami was also a little salty for my taste. The bread was nice and crunchy which was a plus. The breakfast burrito was good. You can taste all the ingredients inside. It was just a little saucy as it was leaking the liquids inside. This is a nice area to people watch and soak up the LA sun. Most of their seating is outside with a few seats inside and patio area. They are dog friendly but not in the patio area. Most of their items on their menu were averaging about $20 which is not bad for the area. Did not get to try their cafe area as we were going to grab coffee at another place but others were ordering it. Nice environment and place to people watch and everyone was friendly. It would be a nice place for a date or catch up with friends.

I left Gjusta feeling like I rode an emotional rollercoaster. Parking was decent on a Saturday afternoon. We grabbed a ticket at the front and waited about 25 minutes to order at the counter. I loved meandering through their small shop and the art gallery next door. Stepping onto their patio, I felt like I was hanging out in the backyard of a rustic farmhouse. Very charming. Here's where the emotional rollercoaster began: 1/5 Chopped Italian Salad - Not the Chopped Italian being chopped! This was quite disappointing...there was too much acidity, and the structure of a chopped Italian was lost here. The cheese choice was also off. Not sure what cauliflower was doing here. Overall, a really dry, unpalatable salad. 5/5 Iced Flat Whites - I saw another Yelper post these, and I can confirm they are as delicious as they look. 4/5 Pastrami Reuben - One of the better pastrami reubens I've had. The rye was the star of the show. Even though it was a pastrami sandwich, it felt light and healthy. Pickle was a NO. Not tangy, but very salty and watery. N/A Tuna Conserva - Only took one bite. 100000/5 Banana Cream Pie - CARRIED this meal. Not too sweet = perfection. The crust was my favorite part. I would order a whole pie. This came out to ~$88 for 2. You'll enjoy Gjusta if you care about natural, made in-house, wellness-focused eateries. I will come back for their bread, pastries, and coffee! *There is a separate, shorter line for coffee/bakery orders.

This was a $26 bagel so pretty insane. I got the bialy onion bagel which was good but really toasted and crispy, I wish they left it a little more chewy. I added turkey, cheese, avocado, bacon, and micro greens. It was good and pretty big but didn't blow my mind and definitely shouldn't be almost $30

The food here is among the best in LA. The service is fantastic and the ambiance is great too. Feasted on an herbed lox and bagel with all the veggies and the tomato confeit with anchovy. An iced latte and fresh squeezed orange juice were the drinks. I had heard about this place for a while and finally arrived to the party today. Damn what a good party it is and I will for sure be back. Their variety is incredible, the patio seating is comfortable, and their service was excellent. Especially David who took my order. All in all it's in just not to come to Giusta! Thanks for a great brunch!

A jammed top notch sublime bakery restaurant in Venice beach that on a Saturday morning will have lines like the last chopper out of Saigon. Across road from Gold's gym where Arnold likes to pump. I can't give it 5 stars yet as it was too busy to get an order in.

Gjusta has a ton of different items to choose and eat from. I love coming here for lunch and the very tasty sandwiches and pastries. I haven't had a dish I didn't like! The outdoor space is really nice spot to have a meal and relax.

What We Ordered: -Breakfast Burrito $25.00 -2 Iced Flat White @ $6.88 Each -Cinnamon Roll -Chocolate Croissant It was my wife's first time exploring Venice outside of the boardwalk, so I wanted to take her somewhere special to experience the city's vibe. We chose Gjusta for breakfast and went to the counter to order. I was clueless about what to get, but the young man behind the counter was extremely helpful with recommendations. We ordered lattes, a cinnamon roll, a chocolate croissant, and a breakfast burrito. The cinnamon roll was okay; it was different and had a bit too much frosting for me. My wife really enjoyed the chocolate croissant. The breakfast burrito was a bit pricey and had too many potatoes, as seen in the photo. It was an artsy take on the dish, which we enjoyed, but the price was steep, so we probably won't order it again. The lattes were decent. The service was a bit spotty because they were busy. We had to get our own napkins, which wasn't a big deal. I was surprised that gratuity was automatically added to the bill, regardless of the party size. Overall, everything was expensive, and I'm not sure the value was there, but it was a place we could check off the list. The outdoor ambiance is beautiful, and I really liked the rustic California look. We wouldn't rush to come back, but we would try other items on the menu.

Our favorite bakery in LA and our favorite bagels anywhere. The bagels are light and fluffy, while perfectly crunchy. We love the use of fresh, high quality ingredients, focusing on California grown produce and locally sourced products. Everything is elite at Gjusta. The fresh counter sides and additional options supplement the menu items wonderfully. The outdoor seating area is spacious and very comfortable. We will always make at least one stop while we're in town.

It was really good. Things I tried- pistachio croissant, salmon belly, bread, blueberry french toast Things I ordered- breakfast sandwich, bread pudding, iced vanilla latte Everything was so good. No disappointments. It was busy, but that was expected. Easy to get a table, nice that they have bottles of water and cups to grab. I'd order everything again!

Stopped by again for lunch and decided to enjoy their patio this time instead of taking my chicken parmigiana sandwich to go with a delicious minestrone soup -- really enjoyable place to eat.

Those vampire flies bit the heck outta me! What a freakin shame bc the food is good. I have about like 10 bites right now on both legs. Wonder if they release them so that customers don't stay too long... DAYS have passed and I'm still so itchy from my bites and I have skin scarring and discoloration at the site of the bites. I googled about flies that bite...hope I didn't contract any diseases bc my bites have turned into rashes in some areas GREAT.

Where can I park? Drove around yesterday and I only found Golds Gym parking and the street parking was filled with homeless camps.

Sorry, but it's street parking only. Gjusta parking lot was converted to outdoor seating. I've parked as far away as on Rose, but also been lucky to get a space 2 blocks away on Sunset. Good luck.

No. They don't have a liquor license, but you can bring your own booze.

Are there GF options? I didn't see any on the menu.

Tucked away in Fisherman's Wharf, it's the kind of place you almost want to keep secret -- but it's too good not to share. The coffee is excellent -- smooth, balanced, and clearly made with care. But the real star is the crepes. There's a great variety, from savory to sweet, and everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Whether you're in the mood for something light or indulgent, you'll find an option that hits the spot. What makes the experience even better is the owner. The café is run by a warm and gracious Japanese gentleman who clearly takes pride in his craft. You can feel the attention to detail and hospitality in every order. If you're walking around Marina del Rey and want a relaxed, charming stop for coffee and crepes, KC's is absolutely worth it. Cozy, authentic, and quietly exceptional. I'll definitely be back.

I was helped by a lovely Asian gentleman who took my order with care and kindness, and that attention carried straight through to the food. These people know how to make crêpes -- the real way. Not thick, doughy, pancake-style impostors like so many places serve, but thin, delicate, authentically French crêpes. That thinness matters. It's what makes every bite more flavorful, allowing the fillings to shine instead of being buried under heavy batter. The Nutella crêpe was an experience on its own. Because the crêpe is so thin, the chocolate melts instantly on your tongue. The warmth releases the deep cocoa aroma, coating your mouth in smooth, rich sweetness without ever feeling overwhelming. It's balanced, indulgent, and incredibly satisfying. The breakfast omelette was just as impressive. Savory, well-seasoned, and comforting, with the salt hitting your taste buds first -- waking up your palate -- followed by the richness of the eggs. I added avocado for just $0.50, and it was absolutely worth it. The creamy texture softened the saltiness perfectly, creating a smooth, rounded bite that lingered in the best way. This place understands flavor, texture, and authenticity. When crêpes are made this thin, every ingredient speaks louder, tastes clearer, and feels more intentional. I'll be back -- without hesitation.

This small artisan coffee shop was bustling on a Sunday morning. The busy baristas were working hard through the long line and never ending list of both in-store and mobile orders, which gave the shop a lively and slightly chaotic vibe. It definitely feels like a grab-and-go spot more than a place to settle in, especially since seating and parking are very limited. You do get validated parking with a purchase. The location is right next to a marina. There's a nice outdoor area which makes it perfect for grabbing your coffee and taking a walk around while looking at the boats and water. It's a great way to enjoy your drink without needing a seat, which is good because there are very few inside. I was there in early January, which means the holiday menu was still being offered. The seasonal drinks were fun and creative. I decided to try the eggnog latte, which was espresso and cashew milk blended with eggnog style spices. It was weird to be sure, and much different than your typical coffee drink. I'm not usually a huge fan of super involved coffee concoctions, but I still enjoyed it and appreciated that Alfred does something a little playful with their menu. I would not order it again, however. The pastries looked amazing but I had just had brunch so I passed, but knowing they're made with real French butter definitely ups the appeal. I also loved the maritime-themed décor, which fits the Marina del Rey setting perfectly. There were little sailor sculptures, diving knick knacks, and a wall decorated entirely with yacht rock albums (nice)! This made the whole place feel very on-brand for the neighborhood. I found Alfred Coffee Marina del Rey to be a fun stop for a quick, quality coffee and a stroll by the water. I'd definitely return and try one of those flaky croissants next time!

When ordering it, I tried to use the restroom.... Either someone was using it for a very long time, or I just couldn't figure out how to open it. I gave up! We received our drink within 5 minutes and headed back to our car. We drank it and thought it was very strong but no vanilla? We grabbed a fork from my glove compartment to give it a swirl. We drank it again and couldn't tell if there was vanilla in it. Long story short, we're not sure what made it famous because the taste was lacking. For coffee, it is definitely on the strong side, but the flavor profile was not there. It's also fairly overpriced compared to the delicious mom and pop shops we're used to. Needless to say, we probably won't give it another go.
