Randy is knowledgeable, always friendly and welcoming and helpful in explaining the issues. We've had same day repairs and some that took a day or more, but all repairs felt quick and efficient with the corresponding problem, which we really appreciate given our children's need for the devices. Arrived today (Walmart - Hulen) and was told that the costs would be $135 because "they only had the expense battery". When I declined service the clerk then made a phone call and said that he could complete the repair in 45 minutes to an hour. I agreed, filled out paperwork and left my phone. I returned 1:15 hours later and nothing had been done to my phone. I asked for a refund and my property back twice and was ignored by the clerk. I then informed him that if I was not issued a refund and my property returned that I would call the police. At that point, another customer stated that he would not issued her a refund. The clerk's response was that "we needed to calm down and just wait". He placed my phone on the counter which I picked up and I proceeded to call the police. He then agreed to a refund, but stated that myself and the other customer were not doing good business and being unfair! In what world? I prepaid for services not rendered and as the customer have every right to request my property and money back. The company does does not operate in good faith!
