Instead of shortening the straps down at the bottom, she wanted to cut them on top of the shoulders and leave a seam where there should be NO seam. She basted what she wanted to do and they were about 1" off from matching each other. Looked horrible. She didn't pin where she needed to take it in on the sides and got it way too tight (accused my daughter of not bringing a bra when she tried it on which was not true - she wore the bra she was wearing for the wedding). Where she took it in, she made darts and left excess fabric showing, sticking out at the top. She was told to to let the dress out because it was way too tight. When the dress was picked up, we are fairly certain that she didn't touch the dress since the last fitting and is still a far cry from being right. We have 5 days until the wedding and a dress that we will have to do our best and try to get this to look right. She charged way too much for a worthless and crappy job. DO NOT USE her for anything!!!

We were instructed to go upstairs where we would meet our daughter's bridal consultant. Jen introduced herself and let me tell you there is nothing unforgettable about her. From her welcoming presence, to her huge smile, and especially the way she made our daughter feel very special. Jen led us to our seats which were so comfortable. It felt like we were going to experience this bridal dress shopping in the comfort of our own home. In front of us was this large room full of mirrors, a pedestal, and curtains held open by metal tiebacks. Jen took her daughter and started looking at dresses. Jen asked our daughter so many questions. She wanted to know our daughter personally, so she could select the correct gowns. Jen assisted our daughter getting her gown on and she'd open up those curtains and it was like this grand experience. The last gown our daughter tried on was the most beautiful and perfectly designed for her. It's like consultant Jen knew that this was the finale gown. We explained to Jen that we had another bridal appointment at one of the chain bridal store. Jen took our daughter's measurements for the finale gown our daughter loved. Our daughter did not receive her bridal moment at the chain store and the dresses she tried on did not compare to her finale gown at your shop. Our daughter called your shop back and asked if she could come back and try on that finale gown one more time. Jen was right there to welcome us. Jen had our daughter in the gown with the veil and she grandly opened up those curtains and there wasn't a dry eye in the place. Our daughter said, "I say yes to the dress".
