    Giulia pulled off our 3-day multicultural wedding flawlessly! We hired her for the full planning service for our Carmel Valley, CA wedding. With 230 guests and a multitude of vendors that had to be brought into the venue, she also managed to coordinate all of the timing, insurance forms, and logistics without ever once needing to stress out us or our families. Additionally, ours was her first Indian wedding. I was initially nervous about using a non-Indian coordinator, but I need not have worried. Giulia did ample research on her own to understand what we'd need for the Indian ceremony, and handled it all very accurately and respectfully. On the whole, Giulia was simply unflappable and let us enjoy our wedding weekend without worry!

    Giulia is the best!! If you're looking for a polished coordinator who understands the bride and groom's needs, she is the one. Back story: I found her on IG through "California wedding planner" searches and her profile stuck out to me. I messaged her and we connected immediately, and I asked her to be my day coordinator at Kona Kai Resort & Spa in San Diego. This was a destination wedding, so she worked really well with communicating with me on the phone and prepping everything before our first meeting. Her pricing was fair and her contract was easy to read. Initial Meet and Greet: During my food tasting at the resort, I met her for the first time face to face and loved her! She is polished, classy, and confident and became my friend. I trusted her immediately, and I would ask her advice on colors, decor, and other details because it was clear she was up to date on trends, style, ect., I loved how likable she was and confident in her answers, especially to my spouse who is very direct and stern with his questions (she handled him well). It really helped me feel at ease when she was "holding our hand" and asking questions/planning for things we would have surely missed. Prep for Wedding: One of the memorable moments for me was a conversation where we spoke on the phone after our meet and greet to discuss the wedding timeline. I am on of those brides that has an overall vision, but is not interested in details. I was explaining to Giulia that I want the guests to have fun and I don't want the wedding to feel overally formal. She was spot on with the timeline and was really great at being detail oriented but also understanding when NOT to interrupt a magical moment on the day for the sake of the "timeline and schedule." As she explained to me on the phone, sometimes interruptions can ruin the flow of things on the day off, and it can be hard to get back into the rhythm for guests. After these explanations of her experience with real events, she assisted me with my goal of an easy-feeling wedding via the timeline by aiding me in my decisions, such as suggesting when too many speeches would bore the guests, or when dancing would start too early or too late. This was one of the examples that demonstrated to me in real time that I was in good hands and she "gets it." Wedding Day: Fast forward to the day off the wedding, the prep work was executed really well and she was on top of everything. She helped my mom in law who is a florist with decorating the ceremony chairs with flowers, the cocktail tables with our decor, and of course, the reception tables and sweetheart table. She ensured the ceremony was not interrupted by people passing by, since it was at a public park across the resort. She got my girls ready and the groomsmen and cued us for the ceremony, grand entrance, etc., She did everything you would expect. Have you ever gone to a wedding where no one can find the coordinator? This was Not the case. My mom in law mentioned after the wedding that she was watching us and the vendors "like a hawk." I was able to enjoy my day and not worry about anything (seriously, I was lounging around while the bridesmaids were getting ready and hanging out -- there was no stress cause everything was being taken care of). Overall, she is absolutely qualified to coordinate or even fully plan your wedding. You will be in GOOD hands.

Day-of Coordination: Elena stood out not only on the wedding day but also in the months leading up to it. She was incredibly helpful during the planning process--offering thoughtful insight into creating a seamless timeline and even helping with ideas for decor and place settings tailored to our outdoor, beachy (and occasionally windy!) wedding. She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. Honestly could not have done it without her and she was without a doubt my #1 worth it vendor! Would absolutely hire her for all your wedding planning and floral needs.

I can't say thank you enough for what she did. The design and styling of the event was top notch and the entire weekend went on flawlessly without a hitch. She executed the whole three-day affair, from rehearsal to rehearsal dinner, the makeup and hair/get ready rooms, ceremony, reception, and post-wedding brunch. She gave us excellent vendor recommendations and was able to get us preferred pricing. Sara was also very good at guiding us through the process - neither my husband or I are familiar with the wedding industry and how things work, she was there every step of the way helping us out. I am not a very creative person (I'm an accountant for a living) and Sara was able to tell me what decorative elements would make an impact, where to save money and DIY, and what the current trends/traditions are in the wedding industry to incorporate into my wedding. We think this is an essential step in choosing any wedding planner, since ideas need to be communicated in both directions. Being on the same page about the vision of your wedding is key. It did not take long at all for us to know that she was the absolute best choice for us. Clémence is incredibly friendly and holds herself to such a high standard, and that shows in the work she does. She has an entire process for planning that includes timelines of when things are to be done, vendors are to be booked, and more. Everything is laid out clearly, and she checks in regularly to make sure things are on track. These timelines start from several months before the wedding and go all the way down to the day itself. She makes it known that she wants your day to be exactly how you want it and works hard to achieve that. Whenever we had a new idea or a modification to an existing one, she was always open to hearing it and working to make it happen. We went with an Italian garden-style theme for our wedding, and Clémence executed that vision perfectly. We somehow seemed to be on the same wavelength about everything. Not only did she follow through on executing our ideas, but she also incorporated her own input that fit into the wedding and expanded on it perfectly. As first-time bride and groom, we struggled with knowing how to budget properly. Clémence helped us spend in places where it made the most sense for us and save on things we didn't need. Bit of a random anecdote, but we wanted to have pizza at the end of our afterparty. Our initial search was going to have us spending hundreds of dollars to have standard pizzas delivered to our venue. Clémence saved the day when she found an even closer shop that made heart-shaped pizzas for a fraction of the cost. As Clémence has been doing this for a while now, she's gained rapport with several vendors and was able to speak to the quality of their work and service. This took so much pressure off of us, since we didn't merely have to trust the sales pitch of whatever vendors we happened to find on our own. Once we had our vendors locked in, Clémence took care of managing timelines for each, such as when to meet with them, choosing items for the wedding, and payment schedules. Not only does she work her hardest when she's by your side, she also has your back when you don't even notice. Nearly a month after the wedding, we found out that our venue's staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful to our vendors. This forced everyone to work at 110% to compensate for the lack of assistance. However, the way Clémence handled this was with such grace and professionalism that we didn't notice, nor did any of our guests, that things weren't running smoothly. Her integrity is truly inspiring. As cheesy as it may sound, we've gained a genuine lifelong friend in Clémence. The influence and quality of her work extend far beyond wedding planning. If it wasn't clear already, we cannot recommend Clémence enough. Her work speaks for itself and was by far the best investment we made for our wedding.
