    Lindsay made it so easy to trust her with our wedding. Her experience shows with how prepared she is for everything! I felt heard, I felt cared for, and most of all, I felt at ease when the big day came. I was a big diy bride, I had so many of my own pieces coming into my wedding day; my own signage, my own alcohol, my own displays, even my own couches we're used for a lounge area at my wedding. Needless to say, there we're lots of moving pieces, and she brought everything together beautifully. Her coordination turned my scattered ideas and inspiration into my dream wedding. If you want peace of mind that your event will come together the way you envision, booking Lindsay is a must!

    Amazing planner, our wedding was perfect because of her! Lindsay was a dream to work with with! The property manager of our venue recommended her, and during our first phone conversation we connected immediately. She's highly experienced, ultra organized and very sweet and easy going. I was a laid back bride, and Lindsay kept me organized and zen - she was direct with my vendors/wedding party when needed and totally took charge. Our wedding flowed PERFECTLY, the decorations were beautifully executed and she took care of every single detail - plus I didn't have to answer any questions or deal with any issues! Our wedding was the best day of my life, and it wouldn't have been a success without Lindsay and her assistant - they went above and beyond. I cannot recommend her enough!

    My Husband Greg and I were so blessed to have worked with Lindsay Dean for our Wedding at Fairbanks Ranch CC July 20th, 2019. She was there for us from start to finish and was detailed, professional, and supportive the entire time! She is cool under pressure and got the job done well above our expectations. Throughout the time we were engaged...over a year and a half! Lindsay stayed in constant communication-sending me new ideas, reminding us of deadlines, sharing her network of amazing vendors, discussing decisions and we welcomed all of her expert advise! I always felt like my event was a priority to her. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of this business including her fabulous vendor recommendations, tips on creating a stress free day and Wedding etiquette. The day of our Wedding she came in looking professional, well organized and confident. Lindsay took the time to make sure we were well taken care of and that everyone had eaten! I appreciated all of her attention to detail, I knew she was in complete control of the day which made me feel calm and stress free.     Lindsay was an absolute dream to work with, she made every detail of our special day, and leading up to it, absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about her and everything she did to make our wedding PERFECT! She gave great recommendations for vendors from hair and makeup to the best ice cream bar, she even handled the escort cards and provided extra decor as needed! I hardly gave her much direction at all when it came to how I wanted everything set up and she somehow blew my expectations out of the water. She kept the day on track and made sure everything went off without a hitch! Outside of that, she's such a sweetheart and we got along so well, which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable! I would absolutely recommend Lindsay time and time again!     Lindsay was my coordinator for my wedding on 8.18.18 at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club! I don't know what I would have done without her! She was so organized and coordinated the timeline with all my vendors and the venue and made sure everything ran smoothly! She and her assistant did an amazing job setting up my decorations and making sure we stuck to our timeline! When there was an issue that needed to be resolved, Lindsay was there to take care of it. She is so kind and thoughtful and really puts in 110% for her clients!

Day-of Coordination: Elena stood out not only on the wedding day but also in the months leading up to it. She was incredibly helpful during the planning process--offering thoughtful insight into creating a seamless timeline and even helping with ideas for decor and place settings tailored to our outdoor, beachy (and occasionally windy!) wedding. She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. She kept everything moving smoothly, pointing me in the right direction while allowing me to fully enjoy the company of our guests and the magic of the day. I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. As New Yorkers, for several months after our engagement we flirted with the idea of a destination wedding, but were overwhelmed by the choices and the prospect of managing a list of vendors from across the country. After one conversation with Amanda, our trepidation disappeared and was replaced with pure enthusiasm for what we could do together. With zero hesitation, we signed up for a "Full Service Wedding Planning" package and never looked back! Pretty quickly into the process, Amanda assessed our vision, and introduced us to a tremendous group of vendors, helped us lock in our venue (Darlington House in La Jolla), and provided a roadmap to help us understand what the road ahead would look like. Each month, for over a year, we had monthly calls with Amanda that were collaborative, productive, oftentimes therapeutic, and in an era of Pinterest-inspired fads and whims, kept us focused on our original vision. One of the most amazing qualities about Amanda is that she communicates extremely well with different personalities, has an instinctive awareness of her client's needs, and provides room for the process to be as collaborative or as done-for-you as you may want. Amanda went above and beyond in every regard for our wedding, and her commitment to us having *our* perfect wedding was unyielding. Over the course of planning our wedding, we made a couple trips out to California, not because we needed to, but in part because we were so excited to spend time with Amanda and the amazing vendors she introduced us to. A few months into our wedding planning process, we were so enamored with and impressed by Amanda, we even asked her to officiate our wedding. This was a testament not just to our extreme trust and faith in her, but how safe she made us feel throughout the process, how well she got to know us, and how obvious it was she was just as invested in our big day as we were. Turns out, it was a great decision; she was a phenomenal officiant -- truly magical and so incredibly thoughtful. (Not a surprise!) Throughout the wedding journey, we met and hired many super talented vendors, and could not have been more pleased with the results, but the singular credit for everything being as magnificent as it was goes to Amanda, her ability to communicate with our team of vendors, unite everyone behind a clear vision, and ensure it was executed precisely, with love and joy from all those who were involved. When you work with Amanda, you don't just get a wedding planner. You get a wedding visionary with the ability to take everything up a notch (or 10!) Amanda's nickname, Sassy Little Bee, is totally appropriate - she's super sweet, quirky and a kid at heart, but meantime she can be tough with vendors and won't let them get away with excuses. We had a few tiffs with a vendor and Amanda helped me through all the strife and headaches - even at 8am the morning after the wedding. Most importantly, hiring Amanda gave us total peace of mind. I was confident that her years of experience meant there wouldn't be a single detail forgotten and I was right (not to mention - have you SEEN her wedding day emergency kit?!). I was less than five months away from my wedding and really beginning to feel the heat. I emailed her later that day inquiring about what sort of services she provided. She responded promptly and we set up a day to meet. We met at a local coffee shop and discussed everything I needed to know; I asked questions and she gave me answers, and in turn she took notes on every detail of my wedding (thus far). She was professional, warm and friendly and I felt comfortable discussing my special day with someone who seemed to know so much about the business of wedding coordination. I knew as soon as our initial meeting was over I knew that I wanted to work with Jen. I checked with my soon-to-be husband and family and we finalized our decision with a simple contract to use Jen for her "Day Of" coordination. We had a few meetings between then and the wedding, but most of our communication was through email and phone. She visited my venue with me shortly before the wedding to help me smooth out a couple of kinks, and gave me options and ideas for any other problem I had. Fast-forward to our wedding day. Everything went PERFECTLY. I can't even begin to say how grateful I am that we decided to work with Jen. My dad had arrived at the venue hours before I did to help set up, and later couldn't stop expressing how impressed he was with Jen's professionalism. When the rental company, caterers and guests showed up, she directed everyone exactly where they needed to go. I had also wanted to make a cute sign to help mark the path for our guests but hadn't found time; Jen arrived the morning of the wedding with the most adorable sign she made just for us! She helped us accommodate for traffic, and then once the day started, she took care of everything. My wife or I didn't have to worry about anything, she guided us on where to go when, corralled our parties for pictures, and made sure we always had a beer in hand. Jen and her partner really took away all the stress of the day, and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy it. Last minute we were worried that an LED dance floor might look tacky but it was beautiful, fun, and a huge hit. They changed the colors on the dance floor depending on what part of the reception we were at so during some of the family performances there were beautiful white lights and during the open dance floor it changed colors. I might recommend having some kind of gradient to the elevated LED dance floor in case people aren't looking down when they walk on, but that might be hard to employ! We weren't the kind of couple that was very nitpicky about each part of the decor (so I can't speak for those couples that have more of a detailed vision) but I thought, for us, the finished product was classy, glamorous, and fun. My husband (woops typed out fiance at first) has a keener design-eye and he was also incredibly happy with our decor. Thank you Steffanie and Javed!

We attended performances of three bands on a Thursday evening organized by the Six String Society. We were there to see the band, Daring Greatly. They won, Song of the Year at the 2023 San Diego Music Awards. The Centre is located above the Lexus dealership and attached to Vintana Wine + Dine, owned by Cohn Restaurant Group. A limited menu and cash bar was available. The food provided by Vintana was excellent, the beverage line much too long. As someone who has planned events in every career role I have had, I feel the space could have been better arranged. The Centre has various venue choices of different sizes. They are used for weddings, reunions and celebrations of all types. They may not need to be booked but it would be great to see more non- profit, charitable and flex functions here in the future. Note: Rocket not included. On top of that we wanted to have delicious food and they succeeded our expectations. Genevieve was our event coordinator and we had great communication from day one. At the day of the event Rebecca and Holly were amazing in control of things making the night stress free for us. Garret our bar tender made delicious drinks and kept the schedule smooth according to plan. There were no surprises since everything was very clear in our contract. Thank you for making a memorable night for my daughter!
