During the process, they removed (and later replaced) the outer screens, to get to the glass. I do recommend that you ask them to pick a day when they can start early enough to finish the job in the daylight. It's not easy to make sure things are clean in the dark, although, looking at my windows this morning, they are (clean). I got some cheaper quotes, but I'm not sorry I paid for quality work. I needed to get my roof cleaned because of a city citation. Everything started out great…read more Responsive, reasonably priced, open schedule, respectful, seemed like a good kid. I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well. I thanked him and paid him. Then the city came out and failed the cleaning. I messaged Elisha the same day and he said not to worry, the city can be hard like that, but he'd make it right and come back out to go over some spots again and make sure I passed. Elisha did just that! He came back, recleaned, and made everything look extra sparkly. The picky city compliance officer passed the inspection and said it looked great. I want to especially thank Elisha for his dedication, professionalism, and understanding. He truly went above and beyond to make an awkward situation end in a great experience. Good kid, good service, give him a shot!

For the price, my wife was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. The floors still had many spots that had to be manually wiped afterwards, the kitchen cabinets were not wiped down and the stainless steel appliances were at best streaky and had to be given another go-over by us. There are so many cleaner service choices out there, I don't think I will be using Carvalhos again.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. He first missed the original date scheduled to…read moreclean my roof and had to reschedule. When the cleaning was eventually completed, cleaning-solution splashback damaged the paint on my front door. The surrounding areas had not been adequately covered or protected before the cleaning began. The solution also stained my brand-new pool equipment and killed areas of my grass. When I reported the door damage in June, he readily acknowledged it and agreed to repaint the door. Over the next three months, he repeatedly said he would come fix it, but there were continual delays, excuses and missed promises. I finally purchased the materials and repaired and repainted the door myself. The overall property damage and work required to correct it were worth considerably more than $49.17. To resolve the situation reasonably, I asked him to reimburse me only for the paint and roller--not for my labor, the damaged pool equipment or the grass. He apologized for the runaround and promised in writing to send the $49.17 through Zelle by the end of the day. He never sent it and did not respond to my follow-up. I gave him numerous opportunities to resolve this. The damage was frustrating, but the repeated missed commitments and complete lack of follow-through were worse.
