When I asked for another sweet tea, I didn't get it for 10 minutes and I only received it because the huge table also needed refills. Our food didn't come out until 40 minutes AFTER we ordered it (the restaurant only had 3 tables filled by then), and it took so long we were considering paying for our drinks and leaving to go to the Papa Johns next door since we still had a long drive home and it was 8pm! The worst part was that the huge table next to us got their food literally 5 minutes after us, despite ordering at least 25 minutes after us. The cherry on top of this experience was that my friend found a black piece of hair in the spaghetti, and so she barely ate anything...(and she's a red head so it was obviously not hers). The server was nice enough to comp her food and drink, and she said she gave the rest of us 20% off of our food for the wait, but to me that really doesn't makeup for our bad time and taking up an hour and 15 minutes of our life when the restaurant wasn't even busy.
