For a store sitting in a nondescript town of around 1,800 folks, the beer selection is nothing short of outstanding. As much Dogfishhead 120 minute as you desire? Check. That I've-been-looking-for-ten-years-for Goose Island Bourbon County vintage? Check. The best doppelbock on the planet? Check. A great selection of local beers? Check. A great selection of interesting singles sitting against the wall? Check. Gluten-free beers, for those that need it? Check. Barleywine-style beers? Check. The only knock on the place is that they have an empty Pliny the Elder bottle sitting out, and every time I see it I think it's full and I can buy it. But that's nothing, really. This is beer heaven in Keeseville. Highly recommended.
