Crust was overcooked and tough, not soft and flexible. We sent the restaurant a message via email, but received no reply. Until they can tell me what they did differently with my pizza and why it was ready and cooked so quickly and had no flavor, I do NOT recommend buying pizza from them. We stopped in on a Tuesday evening and the place was fairly empty but after being there for dinner- it appears they do a lot of take out business. The girl working that evening was very nice and the service was quite good. We ordered a greek salad, a small pizza and a chicken parm sandwich. The salad came out fast and it was good and crisp. The chicken parm and pizza were ok. The pizza was excellent the next day after cooking it a little in a toaster oven. We will probably try it again, especially if we are wanting a big crisp salad.
