actually Gino's Coffee House not that anyone's counting... the foods look the same, the coffee looks the same, even some of the names on the menu boards are the same so maybe the business has just recently changed hands. just in town looking for lunch and after getting no suitable recommendations for chips and fish nearby I came in for fresh coffee and a little something else. the guy at the ice cream shop recommended the Rustic Reuben so I went along with that. turns out I really need to stop trusting people to make food (specifically sandwiches) correctly: some regional variation is expected when the name is appended but a connection to the original should be obvious. instead what I got was not exactly rye breads, not quite corned beef, and not even close on the russian dressing. the swiss cheese and the sauerkraut (which was rumored to be odd) were spot on though and it was a really good sandwich but it was utterly and entirely and emphatically ¡NOT! a Reuben!! so how about please just call it something else..? also a larger, kosher, and dill-er pickle spear would be fabulous. read more

Gino’s Coffee House - Brown sugar oat latte and blueberry muffin - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Osoyoos, British Columbia

Love their lunches, great tuna melt, the outdoor seating is great. Service is always friendly. Will return soon.

We had a breakfast sandwiches at Jojo's. They were delicious. The menu is very limited. It is a busy little restaurant. They have a couple of tables outside and a tables inside as well as a long counter with high top stools for seating. You place your order and the staff calls your name when your order is available. The staff were very friendly and the prices are fair. It is a good stop for a light meal. read more

It's homey. It's small and cozy. It was out of 2 of the 3 things we hoped to order. Service was pleasant and fast. And it was packed with people! My BLT was standard. The "big turkey club" was a little disappointing because it was not very big and with just two slices of bread (club sandwiches have 3!) was in fact just a turkey bacon sandwich. Egg salad on focaccia was the best of what we three ordered. The little cup of coleslaw served with the sandwiches is very good. Both sweet and tangy and fresh. My London Fog tea was served with the tea bag still in it which meant I had to fish it out... Try doing that without losing half of the beautiful foam. A few improvements are needed to rate higher, but this is a solid local spot and I would come again. read more

We first tried Jojo's Cafe last year when we went to Osoyoos for the Devour Osoyoos event and they had samples of their Magic Bars for everyone to try. I'm not a fan of nutty bars but their magic bar is awesome! Also heard good things about their food options and they definitely delivered. This time around, we ate there twice during our overnight stay in the town -- late lunch and breakfast. For our late lunch I got the shrimp salad sandwich on foccacia that was filled with baby shrimp and flavour was well balanced -- it was perfect for a warm afternoon. The hubby got the turkey club sandwich which he really liked. For drinks I got their pink lemonade - enjoyed it a lot and hubby got iced coffee -- but he said it tasted too roasted/burnt so he opted to try the Lavender Pink Lemonade instead -- the lavender was a nice touch to the lemonade. For breakfast we both got the Salmon breakfast sandwich -- it was really good but portion might be a wee bit small. Hubby ordered coffee again but it was still a bit too roasted which he didn't enjoy that much. And of course, I ordered their famous magic bar -- it's still soooo good! When in Osoyoos, Jojo's Cafe (and their Magic bar) is a must try! read more

We were on a road trip for 6 days of Western Canada and surely we wouldn't miss to try some local restaurants or coffee shops. One of them was Jojo's Cafe in Osoyoos, BC. One little town that I fell in love coz of the warm weather and nurseries. Lovely ambience where locals and visitors are met and have some chats! Great coffee while enjoying the sun and watching the activities on the road. read more

Love having lunch at JoJo's Cafe in Osoyoos. Always something new, exciting and delicious. Love the Latte's also!

Great coffee. Friendly service. Nice seating indoors and out. Breakfast Sammie's are good

I. Overall: Really Nice place with some good Coffee, Breakfast and Sandwich options. The Staff was very nice and accommodating. This place is super busy and hopping and they still managed to get our food to us very quickly and drinks almost immediately II. Disclaimer: I have not been compensated by anyone to write or share this review in any way shape or form III. The Food: We ordered .. - Egg Salad Sandwich: This came on white bread as requested and was home made / freshly made. There was a distinct taste of dill and celery gave it just a slight crunch, not too much. Tasty !! - Sausage Breakfast Sandwich: Oh Good God - This came on a PERFECTLY crisp English Muffin with a Sausage Patty and Fried Egg. The Sausage had a distinct sweet flavor to it which was really nice, although not a fan of sweet flavor in meats, this was subtle and not too overpowering - Chai and Freshly Brewed Coffee: Chai was great and the House Blend which was freshly brewed is perhaps THE BEST Coffee flavor You will find in Osoyoos IV. Service and Ambience: This is such a happening place and their selections, ambience and staff are kind and helpful. I am DEFINITELY coming here again when am back in Osoyoos, no question about it V. Pricing: Completely Reasonable and Perfect for the portions. Most drinks are between $2 - $6, most breakfast Sandwiches are $6+ and Lunch Sandwiches are $8+ read more

Super little coffee shop. Great food too! Staff is awesome. My go to coffee bar!!!

was in town and looking for a good bfast place...this place seemed like a good local spot with good coffee based on reviews... ordered the eggs benny and a bfast sandwich with bacon. note: when we got there...saw a sign that said dish washer is broken, so all orders will be in takeout boxes. i could already smell the coffee brewing and boy did it smell great! but, the real test is the taste. was with a friend who loved a good cup as well..so we were excited! place is buzzing with locals and tourists alike...we were lucky to get a table. eggs benny came and because it was in a takeout box, hmmm....it kinda destroyed the appeal. the hollandaise sauce was kinda sour than most, but i still liked it. daughter wasnt a fan tho...lol. the bread used was focaccia...order came with boiled potatoes and slices of apple. back bacon was used for the dish. eggs were poached perfectly in my humble opinion. bfast sandwich was just like an egg mcmuffin 2.0! its better and tastier and all the things in between, you can taste the freshness....you can tell its not massed produced. there also had a glass class for pastries like date squares, banana bread etc...and a plate for the muffin of the day! - which was pumpkin spice! ordered it too btw, and it tasted good. anyhow, ordered a large coffee and was very impressed! better than starbucks. no burnt taste...smooth medium blend with no after taste. with a touch of cream, what a way to welcome the day! ambiance was great too...paintings and framed pictures adorned the walls, with a local bulletin board filled with advertising and other knick knacks for local goods and services...a very good neighbourhood vibe! so guys, when in osoyoos...this place is a must visit!! cheers! read more

Always a great place for morning coffee and a back. When you visit make sure you head down and see the locals and the visitors mingle.

Amazing staff and great coffee here at Jojo's Cafe. Definitely will be back again when I'm coming through town!

Top notch bevs and snacks. We had a matcha latte, house coffee, and a *Magic Bar*. The bar caught us off guard with striking layers of deliciousness. read more

Visited twice while in Osoyoos for a weekend visit. The coffee is good and the treats are even better. I enjoyed a magic bar and a piece of blueberry coffee cake. Both were homemade and delicious. I didn't try any of the breakfast items but was told they make a scrumptious eggs benny. Will be back to try breakfast the next time I visit. read more

JoJo's Cafe in the middle of Main Street Osoyoos. Open early for breakfast and they serve a great london fog tea. Their eggs bennies are good too. My brother had a coffee here once or twice. Since there's no Stabucks he likes to come here. Either this or Timmies, but that's a whole different cup of coffee. read more

I am assuming this is the best game in town based on the constant flow of patrons, because the espresso based drinks my husband and I purchased were mediocre at best. Service was fine, little communication problem when I ordered my latte & mocha in an 8oz version to be served in mug (specifically a mug!), only to find at the end they don't have 8pz mugs and have to use paper cups for that size?? Strange that the order taker failed to mention that. Also strange how coffee joints such as this find it so terrible hard to improvise when veering off the standard coffee board choices. Ah, and the drinks were way too hot. Whatever it is they do to draw in the throngs, I just can't see it. read more

Food was great but the service was horrible. They were rude and kept getting mad at the people in line. My mom ordered some food then went to the bathroom and while she was gone one of the girls behind the counter said "where the hell did that Asian looking lady went?". Happy to have stumbled upon this place on a chilly morning walk. Really friendly service and good food. Muffins yesterday today we're full ov flavor without being overly sweet. Today we had breakfast sandwiches which were also fantastic. Really friendly service. Yesterday the batista asked my name. This morning he said: your name is Steve, right? Cool atmosphere too, surrounded by a variety of non pretentious local art. read more

My wife and I had a quick breakfast at this small cafe. It is very popular, but worth the wait. It has a warm atmosphere and posted a lot of local artist's paintings on the walls. The staff are very friendly and the food was good, fresh and presented well. We will be back! read more

Gino’s Coffee House - The breakfast crowd has just finished!!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Osoyoos, British Columbia

I was disappointed with my experience. The menu was super hard to read, being in giant letters on the wall. And, it didn't give us valuable information (they have soup! you can order it with your sandwich!). I did not like my benny. It came with a tiny piece of focaccia instead of muffins. And some sort of cold potato salad. I would not get it again. Also, their drip coffee was kinda meh. Boyfriend's BLT, on the other hand, looked amazing. Le sigh. I can see why this would be a popular local place. Solid 3.5 stars. We'd probably stop here instead of Tim Hortons on the next drive thru Osoyoos. read more

Always a good idea to come to JoJos when in osoyoos :) they always have great drinks and the seasonal items are delicious

Had been instructed that in Osoyoos one must go to jojo's. So we stopped in and had a sandwich and coffee. Both were fantastic decisions. Best sandwiches ever! I am Australian and we are used to getting fresh, handmade sandwiches on every corner. I had yet to find one in Canada until now! (and I've been here 7 years). The bread was soft and fresh, the fillings just right! I had the Garden Veggie sandwich and my partner had the Turkey Club. We both loved ours. I will definitely be stopping by to get a sandwich for lunch next time I am passing through Osoyoos. read more

I always get the veg box, coffee and chocolate chip cookie. Love all of them. The food here is really good. It's usually busy so you might have to get takeout also it can be a bit warm in there on a hot day. Highly recommend. read more

Popular place, but the espresso based drinks are at best adequate. Not sure what they are using for beans, but they have a similar burnt taste like Starbucks. Big variety in skills of baristas. I've had lattes I can barely drink and other that are pretty good. Never awesome. read more

We had breakfast at JoJo's this morning, albeit with some initial reservations based on photos online, but we're glad we went with the recommendations. There was a limited breakfast menu of a breakfast sandwich and eggs benedict. 4 breakfast sandwiches (3 without tomato) along with 3 chai iced-tea and vanilla latte rounded out our order. As promised, the sandwiches were "like an egg Mcmuffin only better" consisting of a toasted English muffin, fried egg, back bacon, a slice of black diamond cheese (Why not cheddar or something else real?) and on mine, a slice of tomato. Delicious and satisfying, tasting almost home-made. The Chai tea was refreshing and slightly sweet, almost like a traditional sun-tea with a chai influence, and the latte balanced the espresso's darkness with the vanilla's sweet very nicely. There aren't a tonne of breakfast options (leaving a 3.5 as you're stuck if you're there with picky eaters for breakfast) but what they do, they do very well. I'm hoping to swing by JoJo's on my way home for a another latte if there's time. Next time we're in this neck of the woods, we'll be back! read more

Gino’s Coffee House - A seat in the sun. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Osoyoos, British Columbia

I love a good cup of dark roasted Java and Jo Jo's Cafe delivered. Not only was the coffee great but I really liked how comfortable and inviting the cafe was. It was like a cave, so it wasn't too bright. I felt relaxed and sheltered from the sun. We stayed for lunch. My only suggestion is to use nontraditional bread, (eg Cobbs) that would take you over the top. Lunch was enjoyed while having a pleasant chat with another patron a table away. We are from Surrey and enjoyed the small town friendliness. read more
