Very different service than I usually receive at the dentist. They were also quite efficient. Got here early, they saw me immediately and there was no time wasted in the chair. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They even offered me different colors for my retainer?? Didn't know that was a thing. The only other thing I'll mention - Getting a replacement retainer was quite expensive and they didn't really have the option for payment plans.

Switching my dentists - I have been going to this office for 3+ years, and though I've always had a…read moregenerally pleasant experience here overall, I'm over it. I will say, the office staff is usually pleasant and easy to talk to, but vary from unhelpful or uncommunicative. I honestly get the impression that between the office staff and hygienists, they have pretty high staff turnover at this office... which usually tells you something. I have never once seen the same hygienist at this office - it's always some different who will often give conflicting advice from the last person I saw, and I don't like not being able to form consistent relationships with someone who takes care of my teeth. The dentist is a pleasant guy, but always seems too busy for me. I have healthy teeth and gums, and at one visit, he popped his head in and said to the hygienist "I know she's due for her exam today, but just come grab me if you see anything concerning, otherwise she's good to go." Sir, I expect a dentist to look in my mouth and do an annual exam EVERY YEAR. I expect you're still gonna bill for that exam, too right? I spoke up and said something and made him do the exam, but that just really rubbed me the wrong way. Secondly, the scheduling is atrocious. You can NEVER schedule your next cleaning exam at your current exam. They call or text you about a month before you're due for your next 6 month exam, and half the time, they still can't schedule you until 2-3 months PAST that time, so I'm really getting dental cleanings every 8-9 months instead of the 6 months that is recommended. It's extremely frustrating. That being said, my husband also goes here, and he has more complicated dental health, and they have always made time for him, and worked well with him and his issues. So that's great. But it just seems like they have more patients than they can handle, and/or only seem to prioritize the more complicated (money-making) patients over the standard oral health situations. I've tried to stick with them for the last 3 years, but I'm just absolutely over it, and want to be seen at a dentist where I can form a relationship with a hygienist and the dentist, and not seem like a nuisance for just needing a cleaning.

I had a tooth pain and Dr. Birg was able to adjust teeth and improve my smile taking away the pain. I had nothing but an amazing experience with the whole team. After opting for braces in my adulthood, it was a very pleasant experience, and I am genuinely sad to see this team not be a part of my routine for adjustments. Everyone is so patient, kind, caring and empathetic. The attention to detail and through explanation from Dr. Birg you can see his passion and genuinely see he takes pride in his work which he truly is good at what he does. I will be recommending Advanced Orthodontics. The schedulers are amazing at fitting you in for an appointment when you to come in for a quick little fix ** Added bonus!! There are a handful of dental chairs lined up in an open space next to each other (don't go here if you want privacy). There's a ton of assistant staff on duty and they're all very kind. I also like that they put smiley faces on the ceiling lights so you can see them when you lean back in the chair. Dr Birg is an incredibly kind individual. He is extremely patient, willing to answer all questions, and is always smiling. I got Invisalign treatment done here and he did a great job. I highly recommend this place!!

Have you ever met someone and immediately trusted them and knew they're doing what they love?…read moreThat's exactly how I felt with Dr. Levin and her staff. (Should out, Lacey and Stephanie!) I immediately felt comfortable and not to mention, this is the 3rd ortho I saw, and she was half the treatment time, as well as half the cost; she also has better technology. The previous orthodontists told me metal was my only option and I was looking at 1.5- 2 years total and a ridiculous amount of $ for all of this. Levin ortho uses Lightforce technology which is a 3D printed bracket, specifically made for your teeth, it's unreal. Faster, less damaging and less visits to adjust these puppies. Being told you need braces and jaw surgery at 34 is a crappy feeling but finding this office has made me feel hopeful and finally upbeat about the whole scenario. So glad I kept following my gut and ended up here. Phenomenal office!

I'm not excited about having braces as an adult, so Dr Levin helped me develop a plan that moves me through my Invisalign trays in record time! Two additional members of my family have also started and (almost) finished their Invisalign since my original review, and I have referred my cousin + several friends here. Absolutely no one is disappointed and I highly doubt you will be either! It's also worth noting that I've never waited more than 60 seconds in the 5 1/2 years that my family has been seeing Dr Levin! She respects your time, people! B O T T O M L I N E : GO!
