Checkout girl was almost done when she stopped and said you can't buy both of these paper items (Dixie cups and paper plates, both generic, not 2 of anything like I might be hoarding during a shortage). I didn't understand and she said it again and added "you have to choose one". I said so what is my punishment if I don't obey the rule? She said I can't ring up both. I just couldn't obey. I said, "I know it's not your fault but you tell Kroger management that they have lost a loyal customer. I will leave this whole order here and walk out of your store rather than choose between 2 paper items when I really needed them both!" And I did just that. It was obvious the girls checking and bagging had no training about this issue or how to deal with a customer about it. They did not offer to call the manager or problem solve in any way. I am 67, have severe arthritis pain and could not face the option of buying one then going to another register for the 2nd paper item. I filed a complaint with customer service online that same evening. Next day I got a courtesy call from an office in Ohio saying they received the email and were passing it on to customer service. Nothing since then.

The only reason I am leaving this review here is because their auto service center doesn't have a…read moreplace to post it(shocker). Their service center is among the worst places to ever get your car serviced. It's a shame that I don't have the option to give no stars because that's what they deserve. Not only was their service at reception sparse and rude. They obviously have no concept of time. I was promised that my vehicle would take 30 minutes on the first time, 45 minutes the second, and my wife was told 45 minutes when she took her vehicle in. Take that time and AT LEAST double it. My wife waited for 2.5 hours with one other car in the garage. I now have vehicle problems that required my vehicle be towed to the shop, after they replaced my battery. Needless to say they have lost my business forever!

I said yes, but was highly disappointed that fidget spinners were among the school supplies. As a teacher myself, I know how disruptive they can be. The employee totally agreed and said that the assistant manager had an employee place them there. Nevertheless, it's sad that despite the fact that many local schools are not allowing the spinners at school, that Walmart (at least the one in Bluffton) is promoting it.

This store is nicely arranged, with attractive displays at the end of every aisle. Every time I shop at Fresh Market I end up trying something new. So many unique food items to try. Today my new item was the jalapeño pimento cheese spread. It has just the right amount of jalapeño, not too hot. Just a nice flavor kick. The cashiers are always outstanding. Shopping at Fresh Market is zero stress. Always an enjoyable experience.

As I was walking back to the bakery section I was greeted several times and the place looked very clean. They post their sales flyer on their Facebook page each week. I came in wanting to purchase some steaks that were on sale. Based on how low the per pound price was, I wasn't expecting much. But the steaks were lean and looked really great. They have a large selection of Amish prepared foods. Steaks, chuck roasts, ground beef, ribs, brisket, organ meats all packaged per our order and vacuumed packed all looked great! They have a beautiful display case and will cut everything to your specifications!
