Awful service, worst salon I've ever been in. Bad Experience…read moreSorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) I left this salon with a headache from the stress I had there. I drove there for about ONE hour to get a haircut with Michelle but she never showed up and I was told by the other stylist that Michelle texted my sister to cancel the appointment two days before the appointment time which was a total LIED. Because she didn't want to admit that she forgot the appointment with me. This business doesn't know how to pay respect to customers' time and effort. No wonder why they didn't have any customers when I got there. Please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and have an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service. They are desperate for customers and I see why.

I had an appointment with Michelle at 3pm today but when we got there, one lady (she is the only…read moreone at salon) told us to wait as Michelle was on her way. But she didn't show up for 10 mins so, we asked if we could reach Michelle out because we have another place to go after. So, that lady went out to make a phone call and came back saying that Michelle texted and left a voicemail to me yesterday that she cancelled my appointment. I showed my phone to the lady that I didn't get any text or voicemail. She only said I'm sorry and resumed her work. It was a huge lie and I was so upset with that. We drove 30 mins there and waited for nothing. Now I have to go to the gathering without having a haircut. We would have kept waiting longer and wasted more time if we didn't ask where she was at. Terrible experience ever!!

She takes her time in a way that makes you feel completely taken care of, from understanding what you want to making thoughtful recommendations that truly work for your hair. My cut and color always come out exactly how I hoped (if not better). I appreciate that Vanessa creates such a comfortable, easy experience. You never feel rushed, and you leave feeling refreshed in more ways than one. If you're looking for someone who is skilled, thoughtful, and consistent, Vanessa is a gem.

My wife got her hair cut here on her birthday expecting to freshen up before our dinner. She asked…read morefor a cut and blow dry but walked away with a botched, uneven, and unflattering look. Not only was it too short, but it was choppy and overall extremely poorly done. After seeing it for myself, I supported her in requesting a refund in hopes we could get her hair done by someone who took more pride in their work. The place itself was not pleasant either, missing ceiling panels drained to a trash can in the middle of the floor. I recognize that this isn't always preventable but it certainly did not help her already abysmal experience.

Karen is super fun and always does exactly what you want and makes it even better than you expect. She also did my hair for my wedding and I trusted her to do whatever she thought would look good and it was perfect. Jackie is also an awesome stylist specializing in color, cuts, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, and Brazilian blowouts! She has a fun flare to her style and will add a pop of color or edgy cut if interested! Ember and John are the owners and they are awesome and both cut, color and style. Jenny, Bev, and Siobhan are also great stylists and super friendly every time I'm there. I highly recommend this salon, but you will definitely want to call and book an appointment as walk-ins are less likely to be fulfilled.

When I moved away for a few years I would still come back to orlando just to have her cut my hair. Not only does she cut and style my hair the way I ask for, she also kills it in eyebrows. She's waxed my eyebrows for nearly just as long. I appreciate that she doesn't wax it thin and follow my natural shape. Highly recommend her. When Azalia was unavailable, I had Teena cut my hair. She equally kills it. Teena cut and styled my hair that made me feel so glamorous. Both ladies are extremely talented and very good and interpreting what exactly you want done.
