Awful service, worst salon I've ever been in. Bad Experience Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) I left this salon with a headache from the stress I had there. I drove there for about ONE hour to get a haircut with Michelle but she never showed up and I was told by the other stylist that Michelle texted my sister to cancel the appointment two days before the appointment time which was a total LIED. Because she didn't want to admit that she forgot the appointment with me. This business doesn't know how to pay respect to customers' time and effort. No wonder why they didn't have any customers when I got there. Please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and have an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service. They are desperate for customers and I see why. read more

I had an appointment with Michelle at 3pm today but when we got there, one lady (she is the only one at salon) told us to wait as Michelle was on her way. But she didn't show up for 10 mins so, we asked if we could reach Michelle out because we have another place to go after. So, that lady went out to make a phone call and came back saying that Michelle texted and left a voicemail to me yesterday that she cancelled my appointment. I showed my phone to the lady that I didn't get any text or voicemail. She only said I'm sorry and resumed her work. It was a huge lie and I was so upset with that. We drove 30 mins there and waited for nothing. Now I have to go to the gathering without having a haircut. We would have kept waiting longer and wasted more time if we didn't ask where she was at. Came here to donate my hair. Was very nervous to cut it but this place is a chill and fancy place to get it done and the staff is super friendly! They donate to Wigs for Kids. They don't mail it themselves but they'll put it all in a bag and mailing envelope for you. Will definitely be coming back for my next haircut! read more

Do yourself a favor and go to SizzorS Salon. Yes, they win awards and are active in the Oviedo community (double win) but they're a very talented set of stylists. The salon itself is well maintained and has a high end / industrial feel to it. There are rich woods and shiny metals, as well as exposed duct work. There is also artwork that I understand to be that of the owner! Kristen has done my hair (cut & color) many times and I only WISH I could go back more often! And it's always so fun to see what look she has each time I go in. A stylist who changes her look is more apt to be on top of what trending. She's a blast! It's a little tricky to find - tucked away in a industrial park off Aulin & Clark. Trust me, once you walk into the salon you'll forget all about where it's located. read more

AMAZING!! I've lived in the Orlando area for almost 20 years and had yet to find a hairdresser that I liked. I bounced from salon to salon and while I found good, I had not found great. Well, my search is over. Joshua at Sizzors is just an artist when it comes to hair. I went in with long, frizzy hair that was dark at the bottom and grey at the roots and asked for help. After much discussion about my hair type and the damage that I had, he ended up giving me an all-over color and then partial highlights. It's OBVIOUS that he has lots of knowledge about color, what works on certain types of hair, and where on your head to do certain processes. My color is the best I have seen in YEARS. I had been going to the same salon for two years and my hair was essentially in bad shape and yellow blond. I was desperate for a new stylist. Making an appointment is super easy; you can do it online or by telephone. And online they have a very fast response time unlike other places. They have their stylist profiles online as well and I selected Joshua because his portfolio seemed to match what I wanted. He was on time and even took me early. He listened to what I wanted and was ok with my showing him a photo. He took time to actually LOOK at my hair and ask questions about what I wanted. He explained prices and exactly what he was going to do. He really took the time to fix the damage done to my hair and for the first time in a long time I feel like myself again. I have a beautiful natural looking highlight blend. He saved my hair life!!! I made a follow up appointment. I highly recommend him and this salon. My most favorite hairstylist moved away and so i was on the hunt for a salon that fit me. My husband and I searched for weeks and I found this Salon. First off- the receptionist- super sweet, quick response. I felt like they are going out of the way for me just from one phone call. My husband booked an apt for me first thing in the morning. Rebecca was super nice. She cut off all my long hair and I went for a short pixie look. I loved it! I needed the change and I trusted Rebecca to take me on this new hairventure. I have been going to the salon the past year and as a matter of fact my whole family gets their haircuts here. Today what I experienced there was unbelievable. I singled out today by the owner Nancy who seem to have an issue with my eight year old son being there. I can respect that there are rules and he could not be there while my hair was being cut due to some Insurance liability speil that was laid on me . No big deal... I complied with her policy and had my son wait outside in the car for me with his 14 year old sister in the car. Mind you my daughter had an appointment at 12 noon which was 30 minutes later. I finished my appointment and had my daughter come inside and left her there for 15 minutes to run down the street to our house. I come back to the salon and my daughter is getting her haircut and my son is waiting in the car again. My son sent me a text message while he was waiting for us stating he had to use the bathroom. I meant my son at the front door and escorted him to the restroom and stood by the door until he was done. I then escorted him out and watched him get back into my vehicle so I can lock it up. 15 minutes later the owner Nancy decides she wants to pull all her stylist off the floor while they have clients so they can discuss that there was three drops of urine on a toilet seat and came to the conclusion it had to be my son. All of the stylist came from the back a few minutes later and I was approached by Caitlin with a Blue Rag and a Walmart plastic shopping bag and asked if I could clean up my son's mess. At this point I'm thinking did he fling shit everywhere. Because she seemed very disgusted barely holding the edge of the bag handing it to me. I then call my son and from the car because I do not play when it comes two things like that. Being raised in a military family also being a veteran myself I can't stand dirtiness. My son is well aware of this. We walk to the bathroom and they actually lock the door to the bathroom so no one else could get in. So as me and my kids were waiting for them to open the store to show us this mess I question my son and I can tell he was telling the truth. The door opens and the bathroom looks normal... So I take a walk closer and I see three drops of urine on the toilet seat and urine in the toilet unflushed. Can you believe that a business establishment would make an unfounded claim against a paying customer and ask them to clean up three drops of urine that they assumed came from your son. That I can tell you there were plenty of other clients in their capable of Dripping everywhere and being nasty about it. I'm appalled at Caitlin Henry's actions as well as Nancy Marion. Who ever stood by in that salon and thought that it was okay to treat a customer that way shame on you. A lot of you are extremely talented and great people. It's a shame that you have to work for someone who has such poor taste when it comes to customer service. I'm sure a lot of other people have not had this experience here at the salon because I never did until then either. I mean people speak up when you see an injustice open your mouth because when it's your turn you're going to hope and pray people do the same for you and you're going to be standing there alone. I have never ever been so humiliated in my life standing there with my children while other customers are listening and watching this girl hand me a bag and a rag. Went to have a color and cut corrected after another salon messed it up.. Didn't expect a miracle but after Paul finished, he got as close to a miracle as possible. Color came out just perfect and cut was great. He took his time and made sure it was right. What I also liked was there was no rush to get to another client waiting, so no double booking.
