Ever since Megan has been doing my hair I have gotten so many compliments and random strangers asking for my colorist's contact info. A few things to note: Color that looks this natural and flawless takes time. Expect to be at the salon for a couple of hours, but fret not, Megan is a great hang! She's traveled the world and lived everywhere, so don't be shy about your own travels and places you'd like to visit, because my girl has got recommendations! I can't recommend this sweet soul's work enough. She's an artist and will not lead you astray (or let you lead yourself astray with requests for color that won't suite you). I'm scheduled for a service called an advanced short cut ($85) and the Curly Hair Styling Experience ($120) which totals over $200. It felt like we're off to a bad start. Her co-worker and styling collaborator, Allyssa, stepped up by doing the tapering and fading portion of the style while we waited for her to arrive but also missed the mark. Parking is complimentary at the garage down the street. That's a plus. We all discussed crucial hair care maintenance techniques that would enable me to independently manage my hair but they missed the mark. Nat advertises as a natural hair curl expert who possesses a large body of knowledge when it comes to natural hair care maintenance including product choices but fails to deliver. First of all, I called on a Friday two weeks before Christmas, taking my chances as I knew they would probably be busy. Nope. They took me in for the next day, right away!! When I walked in, I was immediately offered coffee or water and shown exactly where the coffee bar is. I had my appointment with Kaela - who is AMAZING. She asked me if I had any pictures, took the time to talk about what I was going for, and offered insight on what I should do to correct all the brassiness. I trusted her immediately and am so glad I did because my hair came out looking incredible. This was the lightest that I have ever gone but Kaela and Fefe (not sure how to spell that) made sure that it wasn't too dramatic and that most of all, it compliments my skin tone and coloring. This was such a huge change for me but I am SO GLAD that I listened!! Best of all...my Rogue piece is gone forever!!! On top of the hair service being amazing, so was the customer service.
