They give you a list of what is supposed to be done both for standard and deep cleans. They missed several items on the list like cleaning tops of refrigerators and inside of microwave ovens. After calling the company and letting them know I was canceling my second appointment and would try another company they asked for a second chance to do the job right, so I agreed. They scheduled me for a second, deep cleaning at no additional cost. They did an outstanding job and everyone was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Sweety for both price and professionalism. I have decided to use them as previously agreed...once a month.
