Upon entering here we were greeted well and taken back to a small room with 2 pedicure chairs. The chairs were a little uncomfortable as the massaging mechanism was centric and the back didn't recline. The personal attention was nice, drinks were optional. The soft handedness was quite different than previous experiences. The attention to detail was spot on. It was a great experience and will return in the future.

After a brief chat to discuss my 'style', my hair was assessed, and I was sent to get shampooed. I have curly hair and have not had it professionally cut since 2018 because I was scarred by a hairstylist that I heard tell their coworker, "Don't worry if you make a mistake. She has curly hair and won't even notice." Let's just say that The Color Room has restored my faith in a quality haircut. Pam was my stylist. She was pleasant and efficient. She used the"Curly Girl" line for my hair. I never really thought my hair was coarse until they used this stuff, and now my hair feels as soft as a puppy's fur. I am not mad at it because usually, if my hair is this soft, it won't style. But upon leaving, everything was in order. My hair was on point, and I was ready for the rest of my afternoon. She has both cut and colored my hair. I am so impressed by her coloring, which looks incredible. She's seriously given new life to my hair, which often looks dead by the time I come to see her. She never cuts it too short or forces me to do something I don't want. She knows my face shape though and skin tone to make whatever she's doing look best. On top of everything, I found this place to be quite reasonable. I have a TON of hair and most places around here would likely charge me over $200 to get a balayage, toner, and style.
