I will always trust her opinion and advice, even when she tells me I have to take 3 inches off because of my dead ends I've come to love Hair Cuttery over the years, but I've been especially satisfied with this Crown Point location, they've got great jams too. If you are looking for a hairdresser that you can trust and have a great experience with, visit this Hair Cuttery and book with Anita!

When you sit in her chair, she listens, evaluates, and likely know more about what style is most flattering than you'd know yourself. My hair can get pretty damaged sometimes with medications that I take - she revives my hair. I leave looking and feeling ten times better. I love my bobs and she is precise. She is also not one of those scissor happy stylist. You know the ones that are anxious to chop your head, I mean hair off. And another thing, I get so many compliments on my hair, even when I feel like my hair is in a funk and am due for a cut. That's the thing about a good haircut. So yes, I highly recommend Aubree at this salon.

I took my 15-year-old son to get a perm from Kamila. The perm turned out great each time.. He had…read morea total of three perms over the course of a year. The first perm was $85 plus a $35 trim.. seriously, two snips off the front. The second time we came Kamila charged $95, which whatever- she should've said that it went up 10 bucks, but looking back I feel she was feeling like I wouldn't question $10- and I didn't. The third perm (3 months later) I went up to pay and I thought she said $85, I put my card in and then noticed it said $185. I felt a punch to my gut as I was walking out, and I didn't want to question in front of my son to embarrass him. I immediately contacted Kamila after leaving and she said she would look at what she charged me previously. Hours later, she said " the prices have gone up and I "think" I had a sign up a month ago, but I must've taken it down before you came in!" This is where it really gets disheartening. There are absolutely no signs of pricing in this salon, and there shouldn't be! No salons put up pricing on a wall.! There are not even prices for perms listed on her menu as she said from the beginning, that perms are a rarity at this salon. This is my problem, Kamila is the owner of the salon. She was deceitful and she knows she was. You have absolutely every right as an owner to charge whatever you want. As a repeat customer- if you went up 100% in the service you better - make sure you tell your customer this BEFORE the service. There are no prices on the menu for this service. I work in a high-end aesthetics salon. When the price of Botox or fillers goes up, I am upfront with my clients BEFORE the service, and we are only talking a small increase- not 100% increase. We will, of course, never go back to Enve or recommend to anyone . I only took the time to put this review to help and spare anyone else from being embarrassed and taken advantage of. I am so glad I was there with my son, as my other son was going to take him and he only had $85 with him as he works extra just to pay for this service!! He would have been so embarrassed!
