"Aloha sorry for the delayed response we with all of our events canceled due to covid we are trying our best to get refunds to our customers. Refunds are non-refundable but we are trying to give as many refunds as possible within 1yr from when they were received." First of all "refunds are non-refundable" makes no sense. Check your message before sending. Secondly, we had no contract that stated DEPOSITS are non-refundable.
