I went right to their office as I really struggle with online applications. In their office asking .Elissa for help. She said to just follow the prompts as they are not allowed to help me. It asked for my credit card. .Elissa said it won't charge me, just do what it says. When it thanked me for my payment, again I asked Melissa what was going on. Then I got all these fraud alerts. Their website brought me to a hacker website. I had to cancel my credit card. Not only that, but they refused to give me a paper application saying if I couldn't do it online it was not their problem. I left multiple messages for the owner Randall as he showed me the property and never got a call back. Very disappointed with this agency. Trying to move back to the Northbride/Uxbridge area, have awesome credit and the agency has most of the listing's. I will report them to the BBB. What they did was unconsciousable. Terrible people, didn't even get an apology...​​

I will not give my information that is personal information over the Internet so someone can scan me or do fraud with my bank account, I have worked on computers for many years and I know how it works I follow rules and regulations that I have to go by but R&R didn't not care or having any understanding or any respect And a discontinue my application do because they didn't have my boyfriend information. Having everything on paper it is just as good in person than a email All we want was a place to call home. Money wasn't a problem. This unfair to all families that's not Comfortable given information over the Internet It's not safe I had all the proper paperwork that they needed for us to have the apartment This is heartbreaking and sad. I wouldn't recommend R&R To anyone do your research Nfiu not comfortable given your information over the Internet make sure you let them now

    GIM Property Management- A Cautionary Tale…read more If you need to hire a property management company in Massachusetts I want to strongly caution you about GIM Property Management in Upton, MA. Our experience having GIM work as our PM was marked by poor communication, questionable financial practices, and a lack of professionalism. We hired GIM on April Fools' Day, and unfortunately, the joke was on us. By July, we had to fire them due to a series of troubling experiences. From the start, communication was opaque. Mike Greasley moved our bank accounts from a local institution to one in Nevada--without our consent. When we asked if we were signers on the new accounts, Jake Greasley claimed that any trustee registered with the county was automatically a signer. This felt misleading and they provided no documentation. Their Trustee Portal only works on Windows, meaning no access from smartphones, Apple computers, or Google platforms--an outdated and frustrating limitation. GIM has no formal RFP process. Mike Greasley handed us a $24,000 landscaping proposal for a property with just 200 square feet of grass. It felt like a complete mismatch and raised serious concerns about their lack of experience and lack of knowledge. GIM also made three unauthorized withdrawals totaling $1,500, which we're still waiting to be refunded. When we asked for details about our accounts--including a newly discovered Chase account in our name--Jake Greasley froze all communication, threatened legal action, and threatened to transfer our 8 unit condo to another management company. We sent our termination letter 15 days later. Though Jake agreed to an early separation, GIM still charged us for the full 90-day notice period and cut off our portal access immediately, despite promising access through the end of the month. The only service GIM reliably provided was setting up auto-pay for four utility bills. That's it. Stay Away from this company or you will regret it!     this company is a total scam. they're complete fraud. they have a souped-up wrapped vehicle that…read morethey take pictures of in different parking lots and claim. it's their main office when it's just a parking lot. check out the address on street view they were hired by my then landlord, who wanted to get rid of me because of pest complaints. first visit the rep brandon blake, was pleasant and a person of color. i told him of a serious roach, infestation and mouse infestation, and that they needed to address it because the board of health was involved. he became furious and our " relationship" changed. brandon called me. back a little kinder and offered me $4000. to keep my mouth shut. i explained to him.he was calling me during dinner with my friends and on speaker. he hung up, then harassment started. they sent an unlicensed exterminator here, armed with cheap wooden traps and no license, i asked him to leave.immediately.then i got a nasty message from a different brandon blake who was no longer a person of color, ( i checked him out on zillow) and a fake real estate agent telling me one of his vendors ( the exterminator) reported unsanitary conditions in my unit. the hollow threats escalated. i told both brandon's to get lost.i had contacts and help from the city. they finally gave up and sold the unit for $145,000. mice and all market value was $270,000. this is a company that ill-intending landlords use to harass tenants into leaving before lease end no more and no less beware they messed with the wrong guy. do your homework. fight back. the only thing these fools are good at is manufacturing positive reviews.
