Got a quote from a few different businesses and they had the best price and best reviews! Called the shop and they were able to schedule an appointment same day. Johni the owner is highly experienced,honest, and very friendly. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the replacement was done right. Replaced with Pilkington brand windshield which is OEM glass and also did the ADAS recalibration as well. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area or in need of auto glass work done!

Disappointing Experience - False Promise of a Discount…read more I had a very disappointing experience with Safelite. I originally scheduled my appointment for 4 PM and went in to pay my deductible. While I was there, I asked the employee at the front desk if they offered mobile service. He said yes, but after checking my vehicle, he told me mobile service was not available for my car. He then asked if I would be willing to reschedule my appointment and offered me approximately $100 off if I did. I agreed and rescheduled for Friday morning. When I dropped off my car on Friday, I reminded him about the discount he had promised. Suddenly, his response changed to, "We don't usually give discounts, but I'll see what I can do." My question is, why offer me a discount in the first place if you weren't going to honor it? He had mentioned that they closed at 5 PM and that the replacement would take about two hours. How is it my fault that my original appointment was scheduled too close to closing time? If that was an issue, they shouldn't have offered me a 4 PM appointment. When I returned to pick up my car on Friday, the employee was conveniently not there. The lady working next to him took my information and promised someone would call me about the discount. I never received a call. The bottom line is that I changed my schedule based on a promise made by their employee, and Safelite failed to honor that promise or even follow up. This feels like a dishonest way of dealing with customers. If they needed me to reschedule, they should have simply explained that instead of offering a discount they had no intention of honoring. My advice: Be very careful with promises made by employees at this location. Don't rely on verbal offers unless you get them in writing. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I called a few OC shops but none of them can come out until the next day which by then is too late. Called Steve and within an hour Erika came out to patch the crack while also identifying and fixing 2nd chip that I didn't notice.
