Great bunch of officers. A lot of them are my neighbors. In my opinion they approach law enforcement with common sense.

After living in Colorado for the past 17 years, I can honestly say that I have never encountered a…read morepolice department that comes close to the professionalism, training, and dedication of the Parker Police Department. In my opinion, you are not only the best department in Colorado, but one of the finest in the entire United States. Every interaction I have had with your officers has reinforced my belief that this department truly sets the standard for what modern law enforcement should be. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Officer HAMDEED and the entire responding team. From the moment you arrived, it was clear we were in the hands of highly trained professionals. You responded incredibly quickly, remained calm under pressure, communicated clearly, treated everyone involved with dignity and respect, and handled the entire situation with confidence and compassion. Your professionalism helped bring a sense of calm during a stressful situation, and that is something we will never forget. This response was a long time overdue, and I cannot thank you enough for the outstanding service you provided. What impressed me the most was that every officer demonstrated not only excellent tactical skills and sound judgment, but also genuine empathy and respect for the people they were helping. That combination is what truly separates a good police department from an exceptional one. It is evident that the Parker Police Department invests heavily in training, accountability, and building trust within the community, and it absolutely shows. In today's world, law enforcement officers often don't receive the recognition they deserve when they go above and beyond. I believe outstanding service should be acknowledged just as much as mistakes are criticized, and the men and women of the Parker Police Department deserve every bit of that recognition. Thank you for your commitment to keeping our community safe, for your professionalism, and for the sacrifices you make every single day. Parker Police Department is the gold standard of law enforcement in Colorado. You have earned my highest respect and appreciation, and I hope other agencies look to your department as an example of what excellence in policing truly looks like. And finally it has to be NOTED if every police department operated like Parker PD, you might actually put yourselves out of business because everyone would be too impressed to cause any trouble. Thank you again for everything you do, and please keep up the incredible work!

Until I stopped and ran back at him. The police analysis was I provoked him to get out of his car and push me when I stepped out. After handing over pictures of the assailant, his car and license place, the police follow-up said he denied any wrong doing. Would the outcome be the same if this involved the officer's daughter? The 2nd, was a guy who yelled at me that my parked car was in his way. While moving it he followed in his car. While parked and calling the police to report being followed, the guy walked down the side of my car and punched me twice through the open window. I gave the police a description of the man and car. And said I believe he lives in the surrounding neighborhood. The police could not locate him. I found him 2 weeks later and verified it was him doing a "door knock". I notified the police of his address. They reported back that his car and he did not match my description. They refused to take any further action. Even when I told him he can be heard/verified in the background of the phone call reporting the incident to the police. The officer at the time said "I got into an altercation"; no further investigation is necessary. He refused to pull and review the recorded call for a voice match. The 3rd, I left a msg with the Police "Complaint Board" about the 2 above incidences being improperly investigated. (If I recall correctly, the "Complaint Board" and Police Sargent are one in the same.) To date, no one has called me back from the "Complaint Board" nor the "Sargent". Would I use them again? NO!!!!

I ended up finding it behind a car wash on Iliff and Peoria at 2am, after ME doing the investigation for over a week. I called them telling them I found the truck. They told me to wait at the scene and an officer would be there shortly. There was a man parking in his truck right next to mine, my boyfriend walked up asking if he knew anything. My truck was sitting on logs, stripped. Those same logs were in the bed of this guys truck. He offered to buy the truck, we took his phone number for the police because we had suspicion. There were also cameras from the car wash pointing directly at my truck. The police took 8 hours to even show up. And when they did, we offered them the phone number and asked them to get the camera footage to find the people who stole the truck, you know. Descriptions of the suspects, license plates etc. They said no, because this happens so much it's not a priority and they "can't" do anything about it. If anything, it happening so much should MAKE it a priority. Second incident, a few weeks ago I was at horseshoe park when I watched a teenager chuck a baseball at his friend's head. Then yell "the second I'm getting a gun I'm going to a f**king school and killing everyone there. I called the police immediately. They took 2 hours to show up, and by the time they did the boys were gone. Now lastly, and probably the most important one, last Saturday night I was walking my dogs by central recreation center when a blacked out Tahoe pulled into the parking lot slowly creeping towards me. I called my boyfriend to pick me up. A few minutes later a man walking from the trail yells "HEY" at me and immediately starts sprinting towards me, I start running. I'm being chased by possibly human traffickers and luckily there was someone else at the trail who called out for me as he saw me running away and stayed with me while I waited for my boyfriend, which then the man chasing me got in the Tahoe and they sped off. I called the police to make a report, explaining they could get the footage from the outdoors cameras at the rec center to get a license plate, and hopefully be able to find the people before someone else goes missing. They told me someone would call me to make a police report. The incident happened at 9:30pm, I called around 9:45-10pm and they didn't even go to search the area or even give me a call back until 1:30am. And the officer who spoke with me on the phone told me "well what exactly do you want me to do about it?" When I told them about the camera footage, they told me they had no way of accessing the footage. I called the rec center to see if I can get it, and they had told me I'd have to file a police report and they would have to get the footage from them. So the police do have access to that footage. They're just lazy, sorry pos! I'm sorry but Aurora police department is absolutely useless. Oh but I bet once I start actually taking care of these situations myself and doing something that's actually beneficial, somehow they'll want to do something. I cannot express enough how lazy and useless these officers are.

By the way you shouldn't even be allowed a badge or the title. First of all I found suspicious activity in my garage. 3 empty burner phone boxes, phones were not there. With that I also found blacked out curtains that were clearly bought from Walmart so we know the location of where these products were bought. She told me I brought trash and was very confused as to why I would bring her trash. She said "we don't have some magic wand to who put these in your garage and there absolutely nothing I can do" as I was storming out from being so furious she then asks "mam what would you like me to do?" And I responded "nothing! You seem to be pretty good at that" congratulations castle rock we live in a city with zero protection and as a single women and single mom I've never felt more unsafe till leaving this "police" station today. What I would like that "police officer" to know is anyone can do your job. Your nothing special so don't walk all to mighty with that badge MAM! Thank you for nothing and walking back into the back and continuing to do absolutely nothing for anyone. I can hear your Apple Watch now, time to stand up! You better hope nothing bad happens to anyone because some shady person went out to buy these phones which typically means they're up to no good. But she says "someone would buy these because they're cheap" no shit Sherlock!!!! Me, you and your own mom could figure that one out! My 4 year old even knows that! Thank you for nothing. We deserve better Castle Rock.
