I booked an appointment and was able to get in within a few days. I must say it was the most comfortable and relaxing dentist visit I've ever had! Dr. Cacho took the time to talk to me and let me know about what he was doing. After my cleaning, he also provided me with some great advice on how to keep my smile looking good. Dr. Cacho has been my dentist for several years and I found him here on Yelp. I was looking for a dentist that was not only great but that wasn't in it for making money off of me. Dr. Cacho is by far the BEST DENTIST I've EVER had. He is patient, kind and attentive during every visit. He is very thorough when he examines you and he clearly explains the cost and why he is recommending a certain type of work. He takes oral pictures of his work so you see the before and after of his work. In addition his cleanings are THOROUGH! He definitely spends his time making sure you're getting your teeth cleaned and polished. I currently have all my family as patients of his including my daughters. They are actually fine when it's time to see him because he is so gentle and will ask if you're doing ok. I cannot say enough about his wonderful work and ethical practices.The office staff is also amazing. They are attentive, courteous, always calling before your appointment to confirm and you never feel rushed out the door or ignored. I've been to other dentist offices where the receptionist are haggard and rude. You'll never experience that here. The office is very well organized. Hands down, the BEST and nicest dentist I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Dr. Cacho genuinely cares for his patients and treats them all like family. He's very passionate about the health of the patients and always makes sure you get the proper treatment you need. So far I've had a deep cleaning there and several fillings. I just follow up with three regular cleanings a year now and he doesn't even charge for the third one! It's also obvious he's not in it for the money like your hear about other dentist. He's very transparent and will tell you yes you need a certain procedure or no you don't. I'd also like to mention his staff is super friendly and professional. Juanita greeted me. The staff here is superb, very gentle, calm and not pushy at all. I love the office, it's so cozy and familiar, like home. Because of the intense amount of dental work I've had in my life, I walk in to every dentist SCARED and INTIMIDATED. Dr. Cacho did everything he could to make me feel calm and relaxed and he explained, in great detail, the health of my teeth to me without being condescending or rude about it. He also did my cleaning, which I REALLY think is great. All work was done only upon my approval and fees were discussed ahead of time so there would be no question as to what was being done and at what cost, which I also REALLY liked. i was in dr. cacho's office this morning for a possible wisdom tooth extraction and deep cleaning... i must say it's very rare that an entire establishment has great staff....usually the staff is sweet but the doctor is an ass...or vice versa... well not here! EVERYONE here is great, front office, back office, doctor....i couldn't believe it! the girls and dr. ochoa were very thorough with procedures and pricing (which is very reasonable)... during my deep cleaning i was very nervous, only because i had a deep cleaning from hell 2 years ago with a different doctor(not here)....but dr. ochoa was very gentle and when he cleaned my super sensitive areas he would stop for a second to make sure i was okay.. he's very sweet:) i have my wisdom tooth extraction scheduled for 2 weeks from now, so i will def update this! so far i recommend this office highly...it's hard to find a good dentist who actually cares about his patients and has a great staff...k bye read more

Thank you Yelpers!!! I read your Yelp's and decided to give Dr. Cacho a try. I just had my first visit today and it was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had! Thanks to your Yelps I have discovered a kind, compassionate and caring dentist. I saw everything that the previous yelpers described. Up to date technology, excellent time management. My appointment was at 2pm and that is exactly when Dr. Cacho came into the exam room. He is very friendly and thoroughly explained everything to me beforehand. There was absolutely no upselling of unnecessary procedures or products (my previous dentist was always upselling). The entire staff was very courteous. I must admit when I was walking up to the office I was thinking, I'm not too sure about this place, as it is a converted house. You would never guess that he has these wonderful zen garden windows in front of each exam room and also in the waiting area, where i waited less than ten minutes. Such a relaxing atmosphere. I have found "MY" dentist and again thank you Yelpers for sharing him with this big coward! I highly highly recommend Dr. Cacho!!! read more
