Always very attentive and asking if I'm doing ok during any procedure. Very thorough on any explanations of what they're doing or what needs to be done. Even though I just see them every 6 months, they remember where I work and ask how work is going. Also they ask about the possible vacations I might have taken that we talked about at the last visit. I had the best visit! Aracely (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was such a sweetheart! She took care of me and gave me a mini tour, explained what to expect during the visit, and took my X-rays. After I met Phoebe and she did a wonderful job explaining how she was going to measure my gum pockets to let me know what type of cleaning I would need. She also did my cleaning. I also met with the doctor and can't remember his name. He was really cool and very professional. I loved that they explained the charges before proceeding with anything. The coolest part was the technology they used to make a digital mold of my teeth where they explained everything having to do with me teeth. I highly recommend this place! read more

update... I just happened to review my dental insurance billing. For a filling that THEY screwed up on my spouse.... (it was rough, and not smooth.. you could fill a ridge at the gumline.. basically crap work).. they charged the insurance for "emergency pain treatment" .. was not an emergency, nor was their pain... and for a new filling charge..
