Of the 4 dishes we tried, the Pad Thai stood out as the dish of the day, made with the right balance of tamarind and garlic; we ordered two portions to start and an additional third after my family devoured the first two. Springs rolls were crunchy, even with the chili sauce it was served with. Ambiance: Simple diner style. Ask to prop the door open for ventilation. Although I don't mind, coriander, garlic and curry can be sometimes overwhelming. This place does not have a liquor license, but it is BYOB so hop on two doors down and pick up a Hoegarden Heff to tame the spice. Customer Service: A bit of a language barrier, so keep your special orders to yourself. I requested to add beef to a particular menu choice and ended up with a completely separate beef dish. Price is fair - for a family of six we all left very satisfied for a mere 40 quid.

The food has great flavor and the presentation is excellent. One giggling squid and two giggling squid are great appetizers or meals in themselves. Both have a great selection of delicious flavors and varied textures. Parking is the most challenging aspect of eating here. If you are lucky you might get a close parking space. The three of us (hubby, hubby's mum and me) shared a few dishes. The green curry was probably my favorite (with chicken). It just had the best flavors and was so fresh tasting. The salt and pepper squid was also very good. Service was great, and we enjoyed our meal here. If you are looking for a good place to have some curry or Thai food, this is the place in Salisbury! A comfortable restaurant with friendly helpful staff, usually fully booked at weekends. The menu is a little bit different to most Thai places - I think this is because it's probably more authentic. If you've eaten in Thailand, you probably won't be disappointed here but might want to ask for things a little hotter. Reasonable prices and nice wines. A good place for a cosy date or meal with the parents.
