    Mystery kids

Lots of activities for everyone to enjoy. There is a small arcade, toddler room, the mountain (more for bigger/older kids & must take off shoes), cafeteria, carousel. Behind the carousel is the birthday party area which has tables and chairs lined up for the various birthday parties (which are also fantastic btw!) There are different packages available for play. Giggleberry Mountain: Children $10.99 * Adults $7.50 Giggles Discovers: $5.50 Giggles Pass: $8.99 Activity Pass: $14.99 All in One Pass: $22.99 Grand Carousel: $2.50

Giggleberry fair, a place to let down your hair. I'm not doing another rhyme, definitely don't have the time... We came here basically for The Toddler who was more excited about the name. I think we were expecting this place to be larger than it actually was. You walk in and the carousel is there-- a beautiful one at that-- and fast. You gotta hold-onto-your-children (and yourself) fast. My daughter actually didn't want to go on again cause she got a little frightened by the speed, but we had already bought two tickets for her ($2.50 a ride which is not bad iykyk) so try again later We decided to let her play around in the arcade. After some basketball, air hockey and a spin-the- wheel-for-tickets thingy, she got to walk away with two small fruit erasers and a lollipop-- not bad for the $5 we spent? Lol (avg: $1 game) Side rant: Let me tell you, these kids will never know the finesse of trying to stick a quarter into the machine and pressing that sticky return button to get the quarter back out and gently rolling the quarter back in again to get the game to work. Or the days of lightly banging/pulling the extra paper tickets out We didn't want to deal with the maze-looking contraption of a play space (there's a more toddler friendly one near the back) so she decided she would like to try the merry go round one more time as long as we could sit in the seats. It was still fast but not as bad. She refused to hold my hand, and folded hers instead, a sign that she would be riding this ride on her own, ah my independent baby. That pretty much summed up how our time here felt

It's a bit repulsive. Place has a lot of activities but everything is dirty. Water table has very clear mold build up the smocks smell like deceased feet . Mountain has lots of broken ripped areas. Massive amounts of dust. Poorly maintained. It's our first and last time here.

If this doesn't have you come in, I don't know what will!

With so few indoor parks in the area, I am really surprised about all the Giggleberry hatred - we liked it a lot! We have a 1 year old, and usually go to the Bucks Children's Museum but it was closed so we did a quick search and found Giggleberry. Upon entering we were greeted with a huge sign that said they offered ice cream AND wine - yes and yes! Already starting on the right foot, we headed to the back area for smaller kids (we only had to pay for our son $5.50). The area is a good space and includes a huge water table for fishing, a fire truck, slides, and lots of rides all for only the entrance fee! Our son had a great time and so did I; thankfully it was not a busy day and there was lots of space for him to run around as well. After we headed to the arcade area, which is small, but cute, most games are either 50 cents or $1 so we only spent a few bucks and had a few good rounds of healthy competition. I also like that all the games aren't just video games. Also they do give out tickets to then redeem for treats, so that was cute too. The cafe actually had a pretty extensive menu, we had already eaten lunch but bought a popcorn ($3) and an ice cream ($4). The beer and wine selection was at about $5 - $7, and if I would be here on a crowded day, I would definitely have a drink. Overall I thought the place was really nice and a decent size for kids ages 10 and under. We did not do any of the bigger kids rides like the Mountain or Carousel, but other people seemed to really enjoy them. I would absolutely come back. I know many people are complaining about prices, but I thought it was very affordable; food was a little pricey but it is in most kids places. I actually like the fact that you have the option of grabbing food (in other indoor playgrounds they do not serve anything and you have to carry everything around), also I felt like it was cheaper than Bucks Children's Museum because they don't charge per adult. Also parking is free, unlike at Bucks Children's Museum! I look forward to coming back many more times!

    Water activity area

Awesome inside playground for children of all ages up to 11 or 12. Classic Ferris wheel, small but modern arcade (win tickets to buy prizes) and a separate room for toddlers with water activity table and puppet show area so neat. A great way to burn a couple hours on a rainy day and get the kids out of the house. Even a little cafeteria

Mountain obstacle course. Can get confusing in parts. Tell your kids to STAY TOGETHER.

Have toddlers to 12 year olds? Well, kill some time at Giggleberry Fair. Just don't kill yourself while you are here. They have beer. Children run wild and free here spreading streptococcus and other mucus viral diseases. Touching shit, picking noses, coughing, wheezing and sneezing. We have been coming here for over 10 years! Love it. Old horse carousel is the highlight. It also has an obstacle course, small children's area and arcade fun and One-Armed Bandits. The food here blows. Eat before or after you get here. Chewing on grandpas baseball glove is better burger pub fair. But. This place is fun. Star Child and Child of God still get a big thrill out of it. Did I mention they serve beer.

Okay to be fair this review is solely based on the carousel because that is the only thing my daughter is interested in. For $2.50 you get to ride the carousel for what seems to be 5+ minutes. My little one had a ball on her horsey and loved the music they play too. She even started dancing on the horsey which was so cute to watch. :) I also heard from the lady riding next to me with her grand kids that this carousel was the original one from Coney Island - pretty cool!!!

So, this place is fun. Especially because there aren't many indoor play spaces in Philadelphia besides Chuck E Cheese. But it's EXPENSIVE! And most kids places don't charge the adults, too! I moved to Austin recently and am spoiled with indoor kids playspaces (some as low as $3 and much cooler than Giggleberry). GIGGLEBERRY MOUNTAIN: $10.99, and probably the reason you go there. Huge climbing/play structure with slides and guns that shoot styrofoam balls. I mean that price would be fine, if the adult didn't have to pay as well ($7.50)! **A paying adult must accompany children 5 and under** so that's ~$20 to just go on one thing...pretty ridiculous. I saw a family there - a mom and dad with 2 kids and a baby in their baby carrier that can't even use it - they are supposed to pay $50?! THEY NEED TO REVISE THE PRICING ON THIS! GIGGLE DISCOVERS: for younger kids; smaller rides like a chuck e cheese may have and i think a water section. ARCADE: ehh the selection isn't the greatest, and again, it's pretty expensive. You do get tickets and can pick prizes, though. Like a dum dum for 10 tickets FOOD: hotdogs, capri suns, pretzel bites... DIRT: So much dust in Giggleberry mountain. I'm not sure if they ever cleaned it. It looks like a laundry mat exhaust feeds into the top of the climbing structure. It should not be that dirty, esp with the prices they charge for that. Mondays 1/2 off Giggle pass. Wednesdays have $1 food items (hot dogs etc) The people working did not look like they enjoyed their jobs. There's a carousel ($2.50 a ride). Bring socks ($2.75).

Giggleberry Fair is designed for playtime with the kids. It's an indoor play land in Peddler's Village. There are a lot of indoor activities to entertain most children. This was our first visit as part of a birthday party. If you don't like a lot of noise then stay away from the Mountain that kids can climb on. The Mountain has ball guns that fire loudly and the screaming and general noise will drive you crazy if your not used to it! They do have a very nice Carrousel and a nice selection of video games. The food service was slow but it was a Saturday and several birthday parties were going on. I think most elementary school kids would probably like a visit here. If you have a quiet preschooler they may not like all the noise. It was very crowded on a Saturday so next time if we ever go back it will be during the weekdays. I gave this business 4 stars, but took away 1 star because of the noise level in the Mountain Area.

Ask the Community - Giggleberry Fair

I have an 8 year old. .how long should I expect to be here and can I buy tickets online.?

I think you can only buy tickets at the counter when you get there, cash or credit card. We usually spend about 2 hours there. Your 8 year old will love it. Plus, they have amusement games (to win tickets/points for little prizes), etc.
