But understood what was going on. Thank you to PMC who each time I have gone in their has always showed compassion for their patients.

I was informed the soonest I 'qualified' to see my PCP was mid-August. There was another RN available to see me today and they made the appointment only to call back 10 minutes later to cancel because my health care needs 'didn't meeting their scheduling criteria' . Unbelievable! UPDATE: Triage nurse called me and got me scheduled same day with PCP. Apparently they are using a third party call center for scheduling and it's not going so well.

He and his staff continue to offer the best medical care I've experienced. They're all very kind and caring. I always feel like Dr. Gibson is current with medical care directed for my condition. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Sadly, most people don't take the time to write reviews when they're happy so you only hear the negative. He's been so good to me. He's kind, caring and informed which I want others to know and not just the negative comments.

We sought out treatment and help for husband's sleep apnea when he was gasping for air in the middle of the night back in July 2017. After our initial contact with them they explained the severity and importance of treatment. However, it is now almost February 2018 and we still have no solution or treatment. The staff there has consistently given us a story (and shared other patients' stories, as if we should feel bad for them) about fighting with the insurance companies and not being able to get approval for treatments. However, they have failed to communicate and follow up with us during the entire process. We've had to be the ones to call and ask, where we are at with the process. It seems as if it's only then, that they'll "submit a request" for, or schedule an alternative test or treatment. They have been UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHELPFUL, and full of excuses. My husband finally had an in-home sleep study in November 2017. We had to call for the results of the test (even though they were supposed to follow up). Then I had to call to follow up again with regards to the next step. And finally (after more follow up on our part), we have gotten them to put in a referral for a machine to help with the apnea. It's like they are willing to take our co-pays and money to test, but never follow up with care or a plan of action. We still don't have the machine and I have absolutely NO FAITH that the doctor or his staff care at all about the well-being of my husband. But, I am happy to report that the staff at the place where we will pick up the medical device seems a little more competent and have a sense of urgency. So hopefully by next week (February 1, 2018), we will at last have a solution (or at least the beginning of one). **NOTE** I have never written a review and would normally not take the time to do so, but I feel as if others should know what they are getting into. If we weren't already so far into the process (and frankly afraid to start over after wasting so much time and money), we would definitely seek out alternative care. TWO THUMBS DOWN!
