I needed a refill and had to have two different appointment with Isa to get a refill and then was told she will not be refilling one particular prescription any longer. i have been on this med for many years. when i spoken to her MA, about the med, she was very rude to me. i was kind while trying to explaining my need for this med. in a very rude tone, she told me she would send my records to another clinic if i was unhappy with West Hills. i wish that the call would have been recorded. i am sure that the clinic would not think the way she treated me would be okay. i have already schedule an appointment with PMC. So sad to see a great doctor leave and then be treated so poorly. i know that they do not accept Medicaid patients at West Hills and now i guess that don't like BlueCross or United Healthcare either. i wonder who their patient will be in the future. this clinic has gone down hill or down west hills should be their new name.

I was informed the soonest I 'qualified' to see my PCP was mid-August. There was another RN available to see me today and they made the appointment only to call back 10 minutes later to cancel because my health care needs 'didn't meeting their scheduling criteria' . Unbelievable! UPDATE: Triage nurse called me and got me scheduled same day with PCP. Apparently they are using a third party call center for scheduling and it's not going so well.

She is interested, curious, personable and professional. She set up a referral appointment and a follow up appointment for me. She is working on figuring out what is going on with my body and said she can't fix it today but she will continue working on it with me until she figures it out or I tell her we've done enough.

My daughter and I have been coming to Dr. Hoffman for a little over 2 months now...we absolutely…read morelove everyone in the office...from the delightful front office staff to the MA you feel welcomed with a warm cup of tea before you even see the Dr. She takes her time and we never feel rushed out like many doctors that want to be in and out in 10 minutes. Yes, sometimes we have to pay a little extra for an extended visit but it is well worth it to have all our health needs met. Dr. Hoffman starts with natural remedies and treatments first and foremost before she has to resort to pharmaceutical prescriptions...but she will prescribe when it is needed. My daughter and I have an array of issues but she never makes us feel like we are a bother, more like a fun puzzle to solve. We feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful health care provider I never want to go anywhere else.

Today I had to go in and get my vaccination or lose my job. I walked in as that's what I was told I…read morecould do. I went to counter gave my name and what I was there for. With in 5 minutes I was met by a Nurse who took me back to the room. The nurse was very thoughtful about how I was feeling. I think she knew exactly how I was feeling when she asked "Are you here for your vaccination?" I said, unfortunately. She was apologetic. Even though it was not the hospitals fault. But understood what was going on. Thank you to PMC who each time I have gone in their has always showed compassion for their patients.

He and his staff continue to offer the best medical care I've experienced. They're all very kind and caring. I always feel like Dr. Gibson is current with medical care directed for my condition. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Sadly, most people don't take the time to write reviews when they're happy so you only hear the negative. He's been so good to me. He's kind, caring and informed which I want others to know and not just the negative comments.

Dr. Gibson did a colonoscopy on me in 2013. A week later I ended up in emergency with perforations…read morein my intestines and my colon I had to have 6 feet of intestines removed from me at the McMinnville hospital. I had to call an ambulance to come take me to the emergency room. Halfway into McMinnville I went into septic shock in the ambulance. Turns out I had perforation in my colon and intestines were dead and twisted, and I had a severe infection. I spent two weeks in the hospital because of Dr. Gibson.
