I confirmed these details with the owner, Armando, via phone call several days prior to our wedding. Reserving these 2 vans for 2 hour was over $500. On my WEDDING DAY the vans never arrived at the agreed time. I frantically call Armando who admitted he screwed up our confirmation with another event they had booked the same weekend. My transportation ended up being over 30 minutes late which completely derailed the timeline of my day. Also, instead of the two 14 passenger vans I had booked, they sent 4 suburbans. Lastly, the cars never returned to our photo location to take us back to the venue even though I had paid for 2 hours of on call service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! Especially for any event you care about. The service I received was careless and unacceptable. While a refund was issued, the damage was already done with the stress this caused me at my wedding. Would give negative stars if possible.
