This store is well organized. Floors are cleaned and shelves are stocked. Aisles are clear and easy to maneuver. Oh and the staff is very friendly too! We initially came in to look at the furniture and was approached by a sales associate asking us if we needed assistance. Upon checking out we chatted with a cashier who was equally nice. Will definitely return to location for shopping in the future.

Okay, it'll be one day late. Not great, but I was okay with that. Again, the order didn't come. So, I contact them again. Now, they tell me the order hasn't shipped...from GREECE!!!! It'll be another 4 weeks or so. Are you kidding me? Go with a company that actually has inventory and doesn't rely on last minute foreign imports to try and fulfill orders. Stay far far away if you actually want to receive your order.

And who doesn't like some funnel cake?!? It may look small from the road but there is plenty to do. Parking can fill up and is in an open field in front of the farm. TL;DR: Service was great; will have to wait longer to try their ink…read more I can't comment on the prices or quality of ink at Cartridge World (Montgomery location), as the grey-haired manager politely explained that our Epson printers will have to be on the market a little longer before after-market refills are available. (We'd visited Costco earlier to refill our new Epson WF-2660s, only to be told there as well that they didn't have ink refills for that model. Unlike at Cartridge World, the Costco employee didn't explain why, however--she just said, "We don't have it." She did suggest Cartridge World as an alternative, though). However, from what I saw, the customer service at Cartridge World was excellent. The manager patiently spent several minutes good-naturedly answering the questions of my father (always one to pick the brains of people who seem knowledgeable), and offering advice as necessary (we later ended up buying another printer based on his advice). Furthermore, at least two other customers visited while we were present; there was enough staff at 2:30 PM to immediately serve them, and they were out the door with their purchases in about five minutes each. So while I wasn't able to try Cartridge World's products, I'm very pleased with their customer service. And if upon further visits I find their prices and ink quality are as excellent as their service, I'll be able to add another star and give Cartridge World of Montgomery a five-star review.
