The owner is very friendly and is great about coming out to talk with you about your property…read moreneeds. He quotes high and does not deliver. Several issues I had: -they were always late - not minutes but hours. They would say they were coming between 9 and 11 am and would show up at 3 or 4 pm. -they promise a product they don't deliver and charge a ridiculous rate for it. I thought they would remove weeds by the root and trim shrubs and trees. They trimmed a few shrubs and used a weed-eater on the weeds. They didn't even remove the trimmings - the few ones they did take were hidden at another location on the propriety. (I was fortunate that I only paid a 50% deposit and refused to pay the balance because of the issues noted here as well as subpar work.) They also bring huge cardboard pieces to protect your windows from flying rocks while weed-eating. This is a good thing until they leave them all up when they leave. It's up to you to remove them and find a place to store them until they return. -they are super slow and highly inefficient. -the owner doesn't communicate with his team so they rarely complete the priorities agreed upon. -they leave trash (from take-out meals, cups, napkins, etc.) and used equipment parts (used weed-water strings, etc.) all over the yard. One guy stood in my driveway eating sunflower seeds and spitting the shells all over my driveway. -if you challenge the quality of the work, the owner gets highly offended and quite rude.
