We solicited more than 15 companies to come out and develop proposals for us. It was quite the experience good, bad and ugly including time wasters and charlatans. We met some great people and the best were Zebra Landscapes and Manzanita Landscapes for what's turned out to be an enormous undertaking. But from the beginning Nethan was patient, an excellent listener, responsive, knowledgeable, confident, understanding and competent. He made many visits over many months to earn our confidence and our business. Work began three weeks ago at the very end of October 2023. Work will finish in 2-3 weeks. The drip system leaks everywhere and is not even buried an inch down. We had to replace 4 trees. The grading on our driveway wasn't done properly, so it floods every time it rains. The rocks were spread so thin that the lining can be seen and is peeling up. The owner was supposed to come out and speak with us, he set the time and then never showed up and now won respond to us. The piping for the rain gutters are held together by duct tape and not buried under the ground. We spent over 70k for the worst work I've seen. We are extremely frustrated and annoyed.
