A horrible experience! Jared came over first thing in the morning to treat our trees, but took it…read moreupon himself to mess with the control valves for my sprinkler system. As a result of his actions, the sprinklers ended up being stuck on all day because a valve wouldn't close. When I called him later that day, he claimed they were on when he arrived. Unbeknownst to him, I have cameras around my house and the recordings clearly show this not to be true -- the sprinklers were off. I have camera footage that clearly shows all sprinklers off when he accessed the valve box after arriving, then sprinklers on as he continues messing with the valve box, then him departing and leaving the sprinklers stuck on. Worse yet, he never mentioned the problem to anyone - he just left! I contacted Greg (the owner) and he expressed concern and told me they'd take care of the repairs. After the repairs were done by a qualified sprinkler repairman, I called Greg and he got very upset, refused to pay for anything, wasn't interested in seeing the camera footage, and ended up telling me to get a lawyer and hanging up on me. To this day, Greg Flippen refuses to pay for the damage and claims the sprinklers were malfunctioning when Jared got there - a completely false claim. Beware of this company and definitely don't let them access your property without you being there.

I found all that I needed so I was happy about that but when I came to getting my keys made, I had an issue. I asked the nearest associate by the name of Leslie, near the key making machine for help. She acted rudely never saying a word throughout the entire key making process. She appeared to be "bothered" by my request. She found the right blanks and finished up with the first one when I asked to check the key in the lock I brought. Again, she seemed "bothered" by my request. When she finished the second key she wanted to bag it and again I asked to check the key. She rolled her eyes and again seemed "bothered". Both keys worked well and I told her "good job, thank you". No response, just turned and walked away. I get that people have bad days at work and maybe she had issues outside of her job that she was focused on. My suggestion would be that the people who are there to help customers who are spending hard earned money get better training when dealing with the public. I have been a loyal customer for years but have now considered going down the street to Lowe's. I ask that this complaint gets to the proper supervisor and something be done. I'm sure I will get the same canned response as all the other people who wrote negative reviews and that will justify my going elsewhere. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Charlie

This home depot feels like any other home depot. Has the same products and prices as the other home…read moredepots. But the biggest problem is the customer service. Most of the employees at this location are very rude and grumpy or grouchy. They also sound like they have no clue how to help when you're confused or can't find what you're looking for. I wouldn't recommend going to this location unless it's the closest to you.
