The staff was accommodating throughout the entire process, even going so far as to try and set up the picnic in the shade next to trees because it was so hot and sunny the day we came. I ended up opting for the umbrella, which was huge and worked well. The staff kept our charcuterie board refrigerated until we arrived, had cold water, and even freezing wet towels for us to stay cool. They stayed cold the entire two hours as well! She offered a highly customizable picnic package and worked directly with the photographer who was also a joy to work with. She also sent a labeled map to help me visualize where to pop the question when we arrived. We even had two staff on location to tend to us during the picnic (I didn't even know this would be part of it!). Every detail was beautifully curated and the charcuterie board served as at least a meal's worth of food for two. The fire pit + tent combo helped us weather the cold as well.
