When we went to find balloons, James (one of the staff), helped me find the right ones. He also saved us from deflated balloons. We went the store the day before the party and he asked us when the party was because certain balloons only last 24 hours; it's a good thing he checked because we ended up needing to pick up the balloons the next day otherwise they would've deflated before the event! I was incredibly impressed with how thorough he was. He kept helping my group- it's obvious he's going above and beyond at his job. The other woman working was also lovely- really all the staff! Second florist (Don's) cheated my best friend who had ordered using a photo offering. First, Don's didn't deliver and, when they did, a day later, the item sent was clearly a centerpiece left over from the holidays, not what my far-away friend thought she was buying. When she complained, she was told "we're too busy to correct this"!!! Next one (you know who you are) won't deliver to conservative venues!, which is an absurd business policy and just adds to the political rancor in this country, no matter what political party you belong to. I hope they get sued or "Red Henned" and I'm not even MAGA. So, having seen the great comments today on NextDoor, I thought I would pop in. But that was the beauty of Aaron's work. He not only got our son to smile, but he took pictures that captured our son's curiosity and spirit.
