I appreciate the professionalism that we've always experienced with Pye's. I would, without hesitation use them again. We've had a washer, a refrigerator and a dryer repaired. Pye's Lies - STAY AWAY FROM PYE'S:…read more Pye's sent a subcontractor to my home and did not inform me that the technician was not a direct employee of their company. The technician damaged my countertops during installation, and was not honest enough to say anything. Pye's was immediately notified of the damage and Evette Pye Price assured me that the damage would be taken care of. Here we are almost 7 months later, and all I have is a denied insurance claim and no refund of the service call fee. I paid $1960.00 out of pocket to have this section of my countertop replaced, and can take her to court, but she'd rather argue over reviews than just do the right thing and refund my service call fee. Anyone with eyes can see that this damage was a result of the dishwasher being improperly installed. I had to pay another company to re-install the dishwasher after Pye's became unresponsive. Not only was my counter cracked, but the rear feet were not properly leveled before installation and my dishwasher was holding water instead of draining properly. Evette Pye reassured me that she would do the right thing, and has yet to do anything about this. I trusted her company to come in and do their job properly, paid them promptly, and I have been put on the back burner and treated as though I have done something wrong. The only thing I did wrong was hiring Pye's - Evette Pye is full of lies. I have the emails to prove it! HER INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES CAUSED BY SUBCONTRACTORS YET SHE SENT A SUBCONTRACTOR TO MY HOME AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF HER COMPANY, AND DID NOT TELL ME UNTIL THE DAMAGE WAS DONE THAT HE WAS NOT EMPLOYED BY HER COMPANY DIRECTLY! CALL ANYONE BUT PYE'S! Her dad would have never let this happen to an honest customer... what a shame.

I spoke with Justin on the phone and he was extremely helpful. The company went above and beyond to work with my schedule, in order to pick up my vehicle at a time when I could be home. The 2 gentlemen that towed the truck were helpful in answering a couple of questions. Everybody that I spoke with communicated very well. They smiled!!They were happy!! Excellent Company!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
