My surgery was postponed due to COVID-19, and he advocated for me in a way I have never seen from a doctor. Post-op, he called me 1-2x a week to make sure I was doing okay. I also had the opportunity to build a relationship with the administrative staff (specifically, Cynthia and Chris). I had to call them frequently to ask for paperwork support. They were always patient and hilarious. Because of my health, I've been to a lot of different healthcare offices - very rarely will you find people SO invested in you as a patient. They're quick to respond to emails, and will go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of.

We showed up on time for our apot and was told by our doctor that they were overbooked and that we would be waiting for several hours, The nurse advised other patients had come in late for their appts and they couldn't turn them away. Instead we were on time, yet we were the ones that didn't get seen. Maybe the office should revisit their current policy for late arrivals. If they are 10-15 minutes late have them reschedule their appointments so as not to back up clients that come in on time.. 1 Star

The person who posted that review went on a 2 mile bike ride right after surgery so that's definitely not the doctors fault. I had an incredible experience with the doctor, nursing staff, and the entire office. I am someone who is scared of doctors and they made my care as calm as possible. I had an incredible surgery and my after care was better than I could have imagined. I had no complications and my surgical scars are almost completely gone. Having no choice I went to the ER to be sure my leg was ok. $2000 later, due to their lack of communication and mistake, I'm paying the price. They took no accountability to say "we include excessive bleeding" as being normal which I call BI will never go back and do not recommend them to anyone. If I could I would give them ZERO stars. The bleeding in the lic they say is "normal". Hmm, no.

I went in to see Dr. Christopher Boone at Bellevue Bone and Joint Physicians (BBJP) regarding…read moreswelling in my knee which had been replaced via a total knee replacement l5 years ago. After Dr. Boone x-rayed my knee, he determined that the swelling was due to the uneven wear of the original plastic spacer, in my knee which he indicated needed to be replaced. Dr. recommended that a MRI be performed so he could "study" what the best options were. After Dr. Boone presented the options, he recommended that the plastic spacer in the original knee replacement be surgically removed and replaced as well as the removal of 3 cysts around the knee joint. The surgery performed required opening up my knee just like in the original knee placement procedure to have access to the knee prosthesis and the plastic spacer. The surgery results were excellent. Ten (10) days after the surgery, I was able to return to my Bike Spinning Classes. Dr. Boone is an outstanding Orthopedic Surgeon. I give him my highest recommendation. Lynn Caldwell 12/2017
