Cars were being cleaned out of order, it felt like the staff didn't know what was going on, and clearly they didn't really care. When I got my car back the interior vacuuming was haphazard at best. The fact that it was the first really gorgeous weekend day in months and it wasn't super busy should have been an indication. Not sure that I'll be going back. It's too bad. Don't waste your money!!! My car is 1 year old, I took everything out so they could easily clean…read morethe car. The passenger side was fairly clean, the driver's side had hardly been touched. I gave a $5 tip but should have checked the car first. Before I left the lot, I drove back to the vac station, went inside and asked one of the men inside to look at the carpet. He stated my brand of carpet was hard to clean. I have cleaned it many times and gotten it almost perfectly clean. He did vac a little more on the edge by the door and that helped. Then I started to go back out of the lot and noticed the console hadn't been touched so I went back in and another guy cleaned that. All week long I am seeing different things that had not been touched. When I pulled out the floor mat on the driver's side, it had not been cleaned at all. You could see the outline of dirt where the mat was. I will never go back there again.
