I sowed 2 beads on my own since I had to be at a get together at my friend's place. At this point I had no intention to return the dress. At the party more beads kept falling at which point I took off the dress to wear something else. When I came back today the customer service lady Shaista accused me of wearing the dress multiple times and bringing it back only when I realised it can't be fixed. She also said the dress was stinking and that other customers who bought that piece had no issues with it implying that for some mistake of mine the beads were falling. I was a regular customer with Junaid Jamshed and never returned or even exchanges a single piece in the past. It's disappointing they have no respect for their regular customers also and accuse them of being dishonest. What could have been simple exchange was turned into an ego clash by the customer support lady Shaista. I left the damaged piece with them and did not even bring it back with me. I don't want their money or merchandise that's why I did not ask for an excange or a refund too. Atleast I hope it proves to Shaista I did not want to mint any undeserved benefit from them like she implied. The dress was worth 200 dollars. Accusing was based solely on assumption of what she thought happened.

It feels good to save money and get better deals than at their regular stores. My friend and I wandered over to Heartland Town Centre. We were originally at Vaughan Mills, but we couldn't find a parking spot. It reinforced the fact that I tend to avoid this mall like the plague on weekends. We saw this Old Navy outlet and decided to go in. My friend was looking for ankle socks. This store is huge. There were plenty of discounts. I enjoyed the summer themes that I saw. Watermelon and banana flip flops? Yes! Dress shirts with small pineapples on them? So cute! Ankle socks with sushi pieces everywhere? OMG, I am going to die swimming in all this adorableness! My friend got used to my looking at my e-mail to see whether there were discount codes that we could use at the checkout counter. I recommend signing up to be a part of Old Navy's mailing list. We got a 20% discount on our entire order. She thought that you could only get that discount online. Nope. Say your discount code loud and proud to your cashier. Feel good about saving even more than you had anticipated! It was busy at the store. However, there were plenty of cashiers. The line moved at a decent pace. Our cashier was competent and friendly. That's the best way I can describe her style and designs. She tries to make sure her clothing appeals to a younger crowd (while also having stylish but conservative attire for older age groups). Her designs are incredibly stylish, inventive, and reflects current trends. Colourful, but cut well, and stylish. The Showroom: Mani Jassal herself is incredibly sweet, helpful, and responsive. Visiting her showroom is by appointment only, so you have to reach out by email to set something up. Once you're there (with Drake and upbeat hip hop humming in the background), someone is there to assist you with finding what you're looking for. The showroom is clean, presented well, and reflects a truly modern and trendy style without straying too far from the foundations of Indian dress. Pricing: We actually found pricing to be very reasonable, compared to other more traditional shops we visited in Mississauga/Brampton. Overall, we were really glad we found Mani.
